基于地空导弹装备指挥任务的个体行为模式研究

摘要: 为有效分析地空导弹装备指挥任务中的个体行为特征与保障特性,以地空导弹装备指挥任务流程为原型,分析装备指挥体系的构成,结合“复杂适应系统(CAS)”理论思想建立个体的任务行为概念模型。在概念模型的基础上,按照粒子群算法(PSO)的运行机制定义个体的基本行为模式及相应的计算模型。通过参数设计及仿真实验,研究装备指挥任务中个体在不同认知水平上所体现出的保障行为差异及整体行为特征,得出个体感知差异与装备保障需求及任务重要度间的参数变化关系,为现有的地空导弹装备指挥体系建设和指挥任务流程改进提供了新的数据参考。

Abstract: In order to analyze the individual and support characteristics of the units in equipment command task, the task flow is used as the basic prototype. On analysis of the equipment support command system of the brigade air defense force, a conceptual model of unit behavior in equipment command task is established on the base of complex adaptive system (CAS) theory. The computing model corresponding to basic behaviors of unit is set up according to the operating mechanism of particle swarm algorithm (PSO). At last, on the basis of parameter design and simulation experiment, the diversity and global state of units behavior in equipment command task in different cognitive levels are studied, and the relationship of parametric variation among units perception, support needs and task importance is found out, which will help the further construction of the equipment support command system and the improvement of its task flow.
