基于复杂网络的装备维修保障协同效能优化设计

摘要: 装备维修保障系统的网络化对保障效能分析与设计提出了新的挑战。本文针对该问题,引入复杂网络的描述与分析方法,分析了现代维修保障系统的网络化特性,建立了维修保障系统的网络模型。通过分析拓扑结构特性与动态演化对维修保障系统协同效能的影响,基于双层立体加权网络,建立了维修保障的动态演化模型,以协同效能最大为目标,提出了保障网络最优演化算法,设计了效能最大的保障网络。最后通过某型装备维修保障系统验证了该方法的可行性,比较分析结果表明,该方法可以获得较大的维修保障协同效能。

Abstract: The cooperation effectiveness analysis and design of networked equipment maintenance support system is a critical challenge. The network characteristic of equipment maintenance support system was analyzed by using the complex network theory, and a network model of equipment maintenance support system was proposed. Subsequently, the impact of topology characteristic and dynamic evolution on the cooperation effectiveness of equipment maintenance support system was addressed, and a dynamic evolution model of equipment maintenance support was established based on two-layer weighted network. And then an optimal evolution algorithm of support network was proposed to maximize the cooperation effectiveness, so that an optimal support network was designed. Finally some equipment maintenance support system was provided to illustrate the feasibility of the proposed method. The result shows that the proposed method can obtain the best maintenance support cooperation effectiveness.
