基于系统工程的装甲车辆总体设计

摘要: 为系统性梳理装甲车辆总体设计的规范和流程,基于系统工程国际委员会发布的系统工程手册中的相关逻辑,对装甲车辆总体设计进行概念性提炼,提出5个工作对象层级、6个设计 范畴、四层次任务分解准则和部件确型方法等总体设计的技术内涵,界定了从用户到部件的总体设计过程以及V模式工作流程,把基于多方案的总体设计理念引入装甲车辆总体设计领域,并归纳整理了总体技术管理的相关工作原则。

关键词: 装甲车辆, 系统工程, 总体设计, 基于多方案的系统设计

Abstract: In order to refine the specifications and processes on the overall design of armored vehicles,the main concepts concerned on the system architecture of armored vehicles,such as the vehicle architecture of five object levels,six design categories,four-layers Work-Breakdown criteria and assemblies trade-off methods,are proposed based on the design theories in Refs. \[9-12\].The V-mode workflow and the conceptual design process from needs to solutions are defined,and the concept of set-based design(SBD) is introduced into the overall design of armored vehicles.The polices of intergraded portfolio development management are summarized.
