Abstract: For the problem of high complexity and difficult fault diagnosis and condition monitoring of naval gun equipment,a naval gun remote monitoring system based on CAN bus and large capacity data storage is proposed and designed. The status information of naval gun weapons is collected in real time through CAN bus. The system operation status is judged in real time based on expert knowledge base. When the operation status is abnormal,it is displayed in time. The collected information is stored online after adding time flag. Through the integrated design of naval gun state acquisition, processing, judgment, early warning and storage, the unmanned, remote and automatic monitoring of naval gun is realized, and the monitoring efficiency and system fault traceability are improved. It is of great significance to the safety operation and fault analysis of naval gun weapons.
