Design of Object Lens Imaging System Based on Wave Aberration Method

Abstract: Based on the theory of optical image examination,the wavefront error is calculated from the ideal wavfront and represents the gap between the actual wavefront and the ideal wavefront. The ideal wavefront can be understood as a wavefront centered on the ideal home point,so the optical path error is also known as the wavefront aberration. The aberration theory is extended to the refraction optical system,so that it can be applied to the calculation of the aberration of the resultant optical system when the beam is slanted. Word in optical imaging system in consideration as space is the relationship between the refractive index,and the definition of the incidence angle between party and makes the calculation expression of wave aberration hold unified application of extended surface aberration theory of imaging optical system aberration analysis calculation,comparing with the results of Zemax ray tracing,verify the validity of the wave aberration theory,the aberration theory,the aberration theory of incident light beam imaging optical system.The system design,image quality evaluation and optimization provide an effective means of analysis.
