坦克周视镜磁性液体密封的设计与实验研究

摘要: 坦克周视镜的密封一直是一个难题,为了解决这一密封问题,采用了磁性液体密封,根据要求设计了磁性液体密封的具体结构,计算了密封间隙内磁场的大小及其分布,从理论上分析了磁性液体密封结构的耐压能力。实验结果表明, 所设计的磁性液体密封结构合理,在耐压实验、高温实验、低温实验、盐雾实验、淋雨实验、湿热实验等条件下密封性能良好。

Abstract: The seal of tank panoramic mirror is always difficult. In order to solve this problem, a magnetic fluid seal method is used in this paper and the tank panoramic mirror seal structure is designed also. The magnetic filed distribution and the resistance to pressure are analyzed theoretically. The experiment results indicate that the designed structure is correct and the seal performances are better in pressure, temperature, wet-hot and salt-fog tests.
