Abstract: In this paper the characteristics of electroplating washing in reverse-flow will be discussed. The calculating formulae of discontinuous washing and periodic recycle with continuous washing in reyerse-flow systems are derived by simplification-approach method，followed by their graphs. The equivalent change of those washing systems provided herein so that the formulae given under optimum condition can be applied to washing systems in practice.
