摘要: 针对超声脉冲回波技术测量火箭发动机包覆层厚度存在的问题和缺点,提出了一种板波诱发波的超声测厚新技术,并介绍了其原理。该方法可以在发动机壳体外侧测量内壁涂敷的包覆层厚度,文中给出了一组测量结果。

Abstract: Problems arising in the ultrasonic pulse echo method for the measurement of the liner tnickness in solid propellant rocket motors are considered. A new ultrasonic method using the Lamb wave is presented and its principle is introduced. Thickness of the internal liner is measured from the outer surface of solid propellant rocket motor case. Some measured results are given.
