摘要: 通过对通用硅橡胶热分解机理的分析,提出了改善双组份室温硫化(RTV)硅橡胶耐烧蚀性能的三条途径。利用所研制的RTV-K胶,考查了4种填料对RTV硅橡胶氧乙炔线烧蚀率的影响,并讨论了白炭黑使硅橡胶线烧蚀率增加的原因。

Abstract: By means of an analysis for the mechanism of thermal decomposition of polydimethylsiloxane elastomers, three methods of improving the ablative performance of the two-component room temperature vulcanizing (RTV) silicone rubber for the inhi?bition of solid rocket propellants are proposed. Using the RTV-K silicone rubber devel?oped in the Institute, effect of four kinds of fillers on the linear ablation rate of the sili?cone rubber has been investigated and the reason why white carbon black tends to in?crease the linear ablation rate discussed.
