摘要: 基于激光光电检测技术,提出了一种同时测量汽车飞轮齿圈总成3个不同部位圆跳动误差的非接触检测方法和测量系统,对其测量原理、测量方法和测量系统进行了详细的讨论,并通过实验对测量系统的精度和测量能力指数进行了验证。

Abstract: Based on laser and optoelectronic measuring technology, a non-contact method and measuring system is presented for the simultaneous measurement of the run?out errors at three positions of an automobile flywheel and gear-ring assembly. The measuring principle, method and the system for the run-out errors are discussed in de?tail. The accuracy and measuring capacity index have been verified by experiments.
