摘要: 以工业氯醇橡胶为原料,通过与叠氮化钠反应制备出支化聚叠氮缩水甘油醚( B-GAP)。详细研究了反应温度、时间、溶剂极性和投料比等因素对产物取代度,相对分子质量及其分布和官能度等的影响。结果表明,随着反应温度的提高和反应时间的延长,产物的相对分子质量降低,分散度增加。同时观察到,降解产物的支化度或羟值几乎不受反应条件变化的影响。

Abstract: Branched glycidyl azide polymer (B-GAP) was prepared from industrial polyepichlorohydrin (PLUH) rubber as a starting material after reaction with sodium azide. The polymer is characterized with the number-averaged molecular weight of 66000?108000,with a dispersity of 2.2, a functionality about 10,and a substitution degree of more than 98 % . A detailed study has been made on the effects of reaction pa?rameters such as temperature, time, solvent polarity and the feed ratio of NaNs to PECH on the produces substitution degree, molecular weight and distribution, as well as functionality. It is shown that the molecular weight decreases and the dispersity in?creases with an increase in reaction temperature and prolongation of reaction time. On the other hand, the functionality or the hydroxy value appears to be almost unaffected by changing the reaction conditions.
