摘要: 导弹系统的性能评价是一个多准则的模糊决策问题。本文根据模糊集理论和DempsterShafer理论,提出了改进的导弹系统总体性能评价的模糊层次分析法(AHP)。新方法不仅对模糊准则和准则下的模糊评价值进行了层次加权,而且利用模糊数均值进行排序,克服了传统模糊评价方法中人为指定d截集的缺点,计算方法灵活、直观,具有很强的实用性。

Abstract: Evaluation of missile systems performance reveals itself as a multiple attributes decision?making problem. The paper presents a fuzzy AHP method for the evaluation of missile systems based on fuzzy set theory and the Dempster-Shafer theory. The proposed method is more flexible and conve?nient due to the fact that it evaluates the criteria and missile systems,performance in fuzzy numbers using fuzzy AHP.Furthermore, because the proposed method orders fuzzy numbers through their mean values,it does not need to give arbitrarily an α-cut,its execution is much more intuitive and effective than with the traditional methods.
