摘要: 针对金属表面的烧蚀过程,采用一维传热模型,将物体内的传热、温度变化分为2个阶段,即物体被加热到熔点温度的阶段及物体开始烧蚀阶段,使用积分近似的分析方法,完整地建立了表面烧蚀速率与表面加热功率之间的近似计算关系式。对不同烧蚀速率过程所需表面加热功率的变化规律进行了计算和对比分析。为表面烧蚀过程控制提供一个简便的计算关系式。

Abstract: An approximate solution for the one-dimensional ablation problem by use of integral method was pre?sented in tms paper. Using one-dimensional heat transfer model and dividing the ablation process into two stages, 1.e.,initially heating object up to melting temperature and starting ablation process, an approximate ex?pression for the relation between the ablating rate and surface heating power was established. Some calculations and analysis for three examples under different ablation rates were demonstrated.
