一款单相三电平整流电源研究

摘要: 建立了单相三电平整流器的统一数学模型,介绍了一种桥臂组合的多电平变换器拓扑变换方法,推导了一种七开关三电平桥式整流器,分析了其工作原理和控制方法,同时对三电平变换器的控制方式进行了探讨,仿真和实验结果验证了拓扑变换和控制方案的正确性。

Abstract: Three-level (TL) converter is very popular in the area of high voltage and high power. Based on general mathematical model of TL rectifier, a topology derivation method was proposed. A novel seven-switch TL rectifier was built and its operation principle was analyzed. The control scheme of TL rectifier (TLR) was analyzed and discussed. The results of simulation and experiment verify the correctness of the topology derivation method.
