铰接履带车转向及俯仰性能研究

摘要: 针对铰接式履带车辆的转向阻力矩求解及车辆俯仰性能计算问题,以全地形铰接履带车为实例,建立了铰接式履带车辆数学模型,采用履带车辆转向原理及Bekker理论分析了引起水平转向阻力矩的因素。给出了履带与地面摩擦力及履带侧面推土所产生力的计算方法,并通过试验进行了验证,结果表明:该方法能够合理、有效地分析该车在转向时的阻力情况。为铰接履带车辆铰接机构的设计提供了理论依据。针对铰接式履带车辆的转向阻力矩求解及车辆俯仰性能计算问题,以全地形铰接履带车为实例,建立了铰接式履带车辆数学模型,采用履带车辆转向原理及Bekker理论分析了引起水平转向阻力矩的因素。给出了履带与地面摩擦力及履带侧面推土所产生力的计算方法,并通过试验进行了验证,结果表明:该方法能够合理、有效地分析该车在转向时的阻力情况。为铰接履带车辆铰接机构的设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract: The mathematical models of articulated tracked vehicle were established for resistance torque solving and pitch analysis by taking the all-terrain articulated tracked vehicle for example, and the factors causing the resistance torque when horizontally turning were analyzed by the tracked vehicle turning principle and Bekker theory. The calculating method of friction between tracks and the ground and the calculating formula of soil resistance caused by the flank of tracks were given. The correctness of this analysis method was verified by test. The results show that this method can not only analyze the condition of the resistance torque for horizontal turning reasonably and effectually, but also provide theoretical basis for the design of articulated tracked vehicle.
