基于中位秩加权的车辆传动装置直驶模式传递效率性能评估

Straight Driving Efficiency Assessment of Vehicle Transmission Device Based on the Median-rank Weighting

摘要: 传递效率是车辆传动装置性能评估的重要指标之一,需要综合考虑各种因素的影响。在考虑传动过程多因素影响的情况下,为缩短测试时间,得到直驶模式下稳定的传递效率综合性能评估指标,提出一种基于中位秩的空损功率和加载效率加权方法,其中空载和加载工况下的挡位均包括6个直驶挡位和2个倒退挡位。每个挡位测试4个转速,每个转速下有75个传递效率测试样本。通过空损功率和加载效率的中位秩加权方法,得到归一化综合性能评价指标,并给出车辆传动装置传递效率综合性能是否合格的判据。结果表明,在前10个测速点内即可得到直驶模式下稳定的传递效率归一化综合性能评估指标,结合提出的判据能够实现车辆传动装置传动性能的优劣判断。

Abstract: Transmission efficiency is one of the important indicators for the performance assessment of vehicle transmission device,which needs to comprehensively consider the influence of various factors. Considering the influence of many factors in the transmission process,a weighting method of no-load power loss and loading efficiency based on median rank is proposed to shorten the test time and obtain a stable comprehensive performance evaluation index of transmission efficiency in straight driving mode,in which the gear positions include six straight driving gear positions and two reverse gear positions under no-load and loading conditions,and four rotating speeds are tested for each gear position. There are seventy-five transmission efficiency test samples at each rotating speed. The median rank weighting method for no-load power loss and loading efficiency is used to obtain the normalized comprehensive performance assessment indicator and give the criterion of whether the comprehensive performance of vehicle transmission efficiency is qualified.The results show that the stable normalized comprehensive performance assessment indicator of transmission efficiency under straight driving mode could be obtained in the first 10 speed measuring points, while the transmission performance of vehicle transmission device could be judged from the criterion.
