战术武器电动舵系统用电精细化设计

Refined Design of Electricity Consumption for the Electromechanical Actuation System of Tactical Weapons

摘要: 针对战术武器舵系统用电设计余量大的问题,提出了一种基于控制数据分析的电动舵系统用电精细化设计方法。该方法首先根据制导和姿控数据对舵系统的负载力矩、角速度、角加速度进行精确分析,然后基于舵系统功率平衡方程和力矩平衡方程对舵系统电流变化精确分析计算;最后基于精确分析的电流变化确定舵系统的正常工作电流和峰值工作电流范围。与传统分析方法相比,额定电流降低了70%,峰值电流降低了33.3%,初步验证了精细化设计方法的有效性。

Abstract: To address the problem of large electricity consumption margins, a new method is proposed based on the analysis of control data to optimize the energy use of actuator systems. Firstly, analyze the torque, angular velocity, and angular acceleration of the actuator based on guidance and attitude control data. Then, calculate the current change of the actuator using the power and torque balance equation. Finally, determine the working current and peak current range by accurate analysis of the current change. Compared with traditional analysis methods, the working current is reduced by 70%, and the peak current by 33.3%, preliminarily verifying the effectiveness of the refined method.
