摘要

为获取积雪对典型钢质破片速度衰减规律

采用小口径火炮对不同质量、不同形状的钢质破片进行速度加载

分别对不同厚度的积雪箱进行侵彻试验

采用高速相机测试破片飞入积雪前/后的速度变化。基于数学仿真软件优化算法

结合试验数据和破片运动方程

拟合破片阻力系数

建立破片在积雪中飞行的阻力系数和速度衰减规律经验计算公式。研究结果表明:当积雪密度为0.295g/cm

时、破片初速在500~1100m/s时

钢质破片在积雪中飞行时速度快速衰减

通过试验数据拟合得到球形破片的阻力系数为0.7282

理论计算结果与试验结果误差基本小于10%

同时获取了立方体、圆柱体和长方体破片的阻力系数计算公式

相关试验结果可满足工程计算需求

填补了破片在积雪介质中速度衰减无数据参考的空白

为积雪条件下的破片毁伤评估计算提供数据参考。

Abstract

In order to obtain that the velocity attenuation law of typical steel fragments affected by accumulated snow

the firing velocities of steel fragments with different masses and different shapes are accelerated by using a small caliber gun

and the penetration test is carried out on snow boxes with different thickness.A high-speed camera is used to recird the speed changes of the fragments before and after they enter the accumulated snow.Based on the

mathematical simulation software optimization algorithm

the experimental data and the motion equation of fragments

the drag coefficient of fragments is fitted

and the empirical formulas of drag coefficient and velocity attenuation law are established.The results show that the velocity of steel fragments rapidly decays during flight in the accumulated snow when the snow density is 0.295 g/cm

and the initial velocity of the fragments is between 500-1100m/s.The drag coefficient of spherical fragments obtained by fitting the experimental data is 0.7282

and the error of theoretically calculated result is is approximately than 10% smaller than that of the experimental result.At the same time

the calculation formulas for the drag coefficients of cubic

cylindrical and rectangular fragments are obtained.The relevant experimental results can meet the engineering calculation requirements

fill the gap of no data reference for velocity attenuation of fragments in snow media

and provide data reference for the assessment and calculation of fragment damage under accumulated snow conditions.
