水下聚能战斗部可以有效提升水下爆破对目标的侵彻能力
对其毁伤效能的研究有重要实际意义。针对聚能战斗部水中毁伤效能提升的需求
基于双球缺组合药型罩设计
开展了水下爆炸侵彻双层水间隔靶板的数值模拟与试验研究。结合聚能战斗部起爆作用机理
基于药型罩结构对毁伤性能的影响
设计了一种双球缺组合药型罩聚能战斗部及含水双层间隔靶板结构
开展了该战斗部侵彻含水双层间隔靶板的数值仿真计算
结合计算结果制作了3种该战斗部及靶板的1∶3等效模型
开展了对应毁伤试验
为后续全尺寸战斗部优化设计与毁伤评估提供了指导。研究结果表明:新设计的战斗部可有效侵彻破坏含水夹层目标
显著提高了对目标的毁伤破坏效应。
Shaped charge warheads can effectively enhance the capability to penetrate into the targets in underwater environment.Therefore
the research on their damage effectiveness has significant practical significance.In response to the need to enhance the damage effectiveness of shaped charge warheads in underwater environments
this paper investigates the penetration into double-layer target with a water interlayer through numerical simulation and experiment based on a double spherical combined liner design.A shaped charge warhead with double spherical combined liner and a double-layer target plate with a water interlayer are designed based on the initiation mechanism of the shaped charge warhead and the effect of the liner structure on the damage performance.Numerical simulations of the warhead penetrating the double-layer target plate with a water interlayer are conducted.Three 1:3 equivalent models of the warhead and target plate are manufactured based on the simulated results
and the corresponding damage tests are carried out.These studies provide guidance for the optimization design and damage assessment of full-scale warheads.The research indicates that the shaped charge warhead with double spherical combined liner can effectively penetrate and destroy the target with water interlayer
significantly enhancing the damage effect on the target.
