为研究弹丸以不同条件侵彻时
舵机翼片的毁伤特性
采用数值模拟的方法
以某导弹舵机翼片为研究对象
模拟受卵形弹弹丸以不同初速和角度侵彻时舵片的毁伤情况
研究了弹丸初速、侵彻角度2种因素对舵片损伤面积和表面凹陷深度的影响。研究表明
在不同弹丸初速和侵彻角度下
舵片的毁伤程度存在很大差异
舵片毁伤模式主要呈现蒙皮变形、穿孔损伤、骨架变形/破坏及大面积撕裂5种典型形式。高速侵彻时
弹丸所造成的损伤面积更大
也更容易贯穿舵片
对舵片的毁伤更严重。在弹丸初速不变时
侵彻角度越大
弹丸侵彻舵片时更易发生跳弹现象
从而形成破坏程度越低的损伤。但值得注意的是
当弹丸初速较高时
大角度的侵彻会使舵片产生大面积的撕裂损伤
形成严重的破坏。
The damage characteristics of missile rudder fins subjected to projectile penetration under varying conditions are studied.The damage characteristics of a typical missile rudder fin penetrated by an ogive-nose projectile at different striking velocities and impact angles are numerically simulated.The effects of projectile initial velocity and penetration angle on the damage area and surface indentation depth of rudder fins are systematically analyzed.Results demonstrate that the degrees of damage of rudder fins under the different initial velocities and penetration angles of projectile significantly vary.Five characteristic failure modes of rudder fins
i.e.
skin deformation
perforation damage
frame deformation
frame fracture and large-area tearing.are identified.High-velocity penetration induces larger damage areas and higher perforation propensity
leading to more severe structural compromise.At constant projectile initial velocity
the increased penetration angles promote ricochet phenomena
thereby reducing the damage severity.Notably
under high-velocity conditions
the steep impact angles trigger an extensive tearing damage via projectile deflection and material extrusion
resulting in catastrophic failure.
