为研究弹体侵彻多层混凝土间隔靶的弹道特性
利用125mm火炮为发射平台
开展4种不同外形结构弹体侵彻多层钢筋混凝土间隔靶的试验研究
得到弹体的飞行姿态、着靶速度、弹道轨迹等弹道参数
基于试验数据分析了弹体的弹道特性
并建立弹体姿态角变化量计算模型
分析结构参数对弹道偏转的影响规律。研究结果表明:弹体结构和初始着靶参数均对弹道偏转具有一定的影响
初始攻角对弹道偏转影响较大
超过弹体结构对弹道偏转的影响;弹体侵彻多层靶弹道具有偏转方向单一、加速发散等特性
倾角、攻角联合作用是弹道加速发散的主要原因;提出的弹道稳定性综合系数能较好反映弹体弹道稳定性
增大长径比可有效提高弹体的弹道稳定性
头形越钝的弹体弹道稳定性越好
大装填比弹体的弹道稳定性优于小装填比弹体
结果可为侵爆战斗部设计提供参考。
The ballistic characteristics of projectile penetrating into a multi-layered concrete target is studied.An experimental study of projectile penetrating into four kinds of multi-layered concrete target with different structural shapes is carried out using the 125mm gun as the launching platform.The flight attitude
impact velocity and trajectory of projectile are obtained through experiment
and the ballistic characteristics of projectile are analyzed based on the experimental data.A calculation model for the variation in attitude angle of projectile body is established
and the influence law of structural parameters on ballistic deflection is analyzed.The results show that both the projectile structure and the initial impact target parameters have a certain influence on the ballistic deflection
and the initial angle of attack has a greater influence on the ballistic deflection than the projectile structure.The trajectory of the projectile penetrating into a multi-layered targets has the characteristics of single deflecting direction and accelerated ivergence.The combined effect of inclination angle and attack angle is the main cause of ballistic accelerated divergence.The comprehensive coefficient of ballistic stability proposed in this paper can better reflect the ballistic stability of projectile body.Increasing the length-diameter ratio can effectively improve the ballistic stability of projectile
and the more blunt the projectile nose shape is
the better the ballistic stability of projectile with large charge-to-fill ratio is.The results can be used as a reference for the design of the explosive warhead.
