为匹配大口径火炮补弹装置驱动单元

负载特性,并满足轻量化、严格空间约束的设计需求设计。设计了一款Halbach阵列的表贴式外转子永磁电机与内嵌的行星减速器构成的补弹装置驱动单元。为进一步提升驱动单元性能,并解决优化参数多导致的机电系统优化难度大的问题。提出了针对该驱动单元的电磁-传动耦合系统分层优化方法,以电磁系统定转子齿形、传动系统齿轮模数、齿数与变位系数等19个机电参数为优化参数,在空间与系统耦合的约束下对体积、效率与转矩进行多目标优化,实现驱动单元性能满足要求的前提下,直径缩减11 mm、效率提高4.31%、转矩波动减小36% 。最终根据优化结果制作实验样机与仿真结果对比分析,验证驱动单元优化设计的正确性。
To match the“high-torque low-speed”load characteristics of drive unit for ammunition reloading system in large-caliber artillery and meet the design requirements of lightweight and strict spatial constraints,this paper designs a drive unit composed of a Halbach-array surface-mounted outer-rotor permanent magnet motor and an embedded planetary gear reducer. A hierarchical optimization method for the electromagnetic-transmission coupled system of this drive unit is proposed to further enhance the performance of the drive unit and address the challenge of optimizing the numerous parameters of electromechanical system. A multi-objective optimization of volume,efficiency and torque is conducted using 19 electromechanical parameters—including the stator and rotor tooth profiles of electromagnetic system,and the gear module,number of teeth and modification coefficients of transmission system—as optimization variables under spatial and system coupling constraints. The results show thatthe drive unit's diameter is reduced by 11 mm,its efficiency is increased by 4.31%,and the torque ripple is decreased by 36% while meeting performance requirements. Finally,an experimental prototype is fabricated based on the optimized results,and a comparative analysis with simulated results is conducted,verifying the correctness of the optimized design of the drive unit.
