针对长期贮存装备贮存期内组件多批次补充方案评估及确定问题,考虑组件贮存过程中的失效情况,分析不同批次补充的组件对装备完好状态的影响,基于卷积定理建立适应组件多批次补充供应模式的装备完好数量概率模型;以装备数量达标概率指标为约束条件,以多批次补充组件购置总费用为优化目标,建立组件补充方案优化模型,提出基于边际效益值的分层优化方法。通过算例开展仿真和算法对比分析发现,新建立的组件补充方案评估模型能够适应常见贮存寿命分布组件的多批次补充方案评估场景,具有较高的评估精度,新提出的优化方法能在达标概率指标约束下给出组件多批次补充方案。新提出的模型和优化方法能够为装备维修保障人员开展装备组件储备方案评估、制定装备组件补充方案提供理论支撑和决策支持。
In response to the evaluation and determination of multi-batch replenishment projects for the components of long-term storage equipment during the storage period
the impacts of different batches of supplemented components on the intact state of equipment are analyzed by considering the failure situation that may occur during the storage process of components. Based on the convolution theorem
a probability model for the number of intact equipment is established to adapt to the multi-batch replenishment supply mode of components; A component replenishment project optimization model is established with the probability index of equipment quantity reaching the specified value as the constraint and the cost of component procurement as the optimization objective
and a hierarchical optimization method based on marginal benefit value is proposed. Through the simulation and algorithm comparison analysis of examples
it is found that the proposed component replenishment project evaluation model can adapt to the multi-batch replenishment project evaluation scenarios of common life distribution components
and has high evaluation accuracy. The proposed optimization method can provide multi-batch replenishment projects for components under the constraint of probability indicators of compliance. The proposed model and optimization method can provide decision support for equipment maintenance support personnel to evaluate the equipment component reserve projects and develop the replenishment projects for equipment components.
