鉴于现有复进机结构复杂
难以满足复进过程实时可控性的要求
提出一种基于双初级圆筒型永磁同步直线电机(Double Primary Tubular Permanent Magnet Synchronous Linear Motor
DP-TPMSLM)原理的电磁复进机。通过分析复进过程各部件受力情况
建立复进运动微分方程
明确了所需复进机力的大小;对于DP-TPMSLM
齿槽效应和端部效应的解耦以及端部结构的改进
有效地抑制了定位力的基波和二次谐波
显著降低了电机的推力波动
并通过小型样机实验得以验证;进一步地
提出基于DP-TPMSLM原理的电磁复进机
并将其应用于车载炮系统中
开展了联合仿真研究。实验和仿真结果表明:与未改进的结构相比
改进后的DP-TPMSLM的定位力降至465.9N
降低了34.4%;同时
所提电磁复进机能够实现对复进过程的实时控制
从根本上解决了炮尾和摇架之间的碰撞问题。
Considering the complex structure of existing recuperators
which often struggle to meet the real-time controllability requirements of recuperation process
this paper proposes an electromagnetic recuperator based on the principle of a double primary tubular permanent magnet synchronous linear motor (DP-TPMSLM).The differential equations governing the recuperation motion are established by analyzing the forces acting on each component during the recuperation process
and the magnitude of the required recuperator force is clarified.For DP-TPMSLM
the decoupling of cogging and end effects and the improvement in the end structure
the fundamental and second harmonics of the detent force are effectively suppressed
resulting in a significant reduction in thrust fluctuations
as verified by the experiments on a small-scale prototype.Furthermore
an electromagnetic recuperator based on the principle of DP-TPMSLM is proposed
and a co-simulation study is made on applying it to a vehicle-mounted artillery system.The experimental and simulated results demonstrate that the detent force of the improved DP-TPMSLM is reduced to 465.9N
which is educed by 34.4% decrease compared to that of the unimproved structure.Meanwhile
the proposed electromagnetic recuperator effectively achieves the real-time control of recuperation process
fundamentally addressing the issue of collision between the breech ring and the cradle.

DOI: 10.12115/j.issn.1004-499X(2021)02-014 http://doi.org/10.12115/j.issn.1004-499X(2021)02-014 针对传统火炮复进机中维护难、不易控制等问题,提出一种圆筒型永磁直线电机的新型电磁复进机。初步设计了新型电磁复进机结构,建立直线电机有限元模型,分析直线电机的推力特性,并得到电机的具体参数。利用Matlab/Simulink建立了直线电机的数学模型,运用有限控集模型预测控制算法(FCS-MPC)对复进机进行了控制。仿真结果表明,所设计的电磁复进机满足火炮复进过程的推力需求,模型预测控制算法的响应速度快,能够快速准确地使炮身复进到射前位置,并能在不同射角下维持炮身处于待发位置。

The structure of the new type electromagnetic recuperator was preliminarily designed,and the finite element model of the linear motor was established,and the thrust characteristics of the linear motor were analyzed. The specific parameters of the motor were obtained. The mathematical model of linear motor was established by using Matlab/Simulink,and the finite control set model predictive control(FCS-MPC)was used to control the recuperator. The simulation results show that the designed electromagnetic recuperator can meet the thrust demand of artillery,and the response of the FCS-MPC algorithm is fast,which can re-advance the artillery body quickly and accurately to the position before firing,and it can maintain the artillery body in the position ready to fire at different firing angles.

DOI: 10.12115/j.issn.1004-499X(2022)03-014 http://doi.org/10.12115/j.issn.1004-499X(2022)03-014 针对传统液气式复进机易破损漏气、易污染变质、可控性差等问题,提出了一种圆筒型直线电磁复进机。通过对火炮复进过程进行分析,确定了电磁复进机技术要求与关键尺寸参数。设计了圆筒型直线电磁复进机结构,并利用Maxwell软件建立电磁复进机有限元模型,分析了电磁复进机充磁方式和关键尺寸参数对推力特性的影响。建立了电磁复进机数学模型,设计了一种改进型自抗扰控制算法,对火炮复进过程进行控制。仿真结果表明,所设计的圆筒型直线电磁复进机能够满足火炮复进过程需求,改进型自抗扰控制算法实现了火炮复进过程快速准确控制。研究成果为可控式磁阻尼反后坐装置的设计提供了重要理论支撑。

DOI: 10.12382/bgxb.2022.0756 http://doi.org/10.12382/bgxb.2022.0756 针对直线电机式电磁主动悬架推力波动大、推力密度低的问题,提出一种非均匀齿结构的Halbach圆筒型永磁直线电机。利用解析法对该电机的边端力模型进行推导,并进一步分析非均匀边端齿结构对电机输出性能的影响。根据分析结果选取边端齿的轴向长度和径向削短高度、永磁体高度和径向充磁的长度、内部齿的长度5个参数作为优化因子,以电机输出推力最大和推力波动最小为优化目标进行田口法和响应面法优化,得到参数的最优值。试制了原理样机并搭建了实验平台,对电机进行空载与负载实验,验证了所提结构及其设计优化方法的有效性。
