为了解决不确定场景下目标威胁评估指标权值难以优化、评估结果抗干扰性差等问题
采用直觉模糊理论、灰色关联度、二次规划求解等方法
提出兼顾主客观评价的海上舰船目标威胁评估方法。围绕舰船编队多维度能力构建两级三层评估指标体系
针对噪声、传感器偏差和认知模糊引起的不确定性
采用直觉模糊集进行评估指标定量化描述和运算操作
定义主客观理想解母序列
分别设计基于客观数据特征和主观专家偏好的灰色关联度;构建综合主客观灰色关联度的属性指标权重优化模型
应用Lagrange方法求解最优权值;考虑外界非预期干扰因素对于评估可信度的影响
采用群广义直觉模糊软集描述专家对干扰程度的判断
以修正评估结果。仿真结果验证了方法的有效性。
For the target threat assessment in uncertain scenarios
the weights of target threat assessment indexes are difficult to be optimized
and meanwhile the assessment results are poor in anti-interference performance.To deal with these problems
a target threat assessment approach for maritime ships is proposed by adopting intuitionistic fuzzy theory
grey correlation degree and quadratic programming solving methods
which takes into account both the subjective and objective evaluations.Firstly
a two-level and three-layer assessment index system is constructed according to the multi-dimensional capability of warship formation.The intuitionistic fuzzy set is used to quantitatively describe and deal with the uncertainty assessment indexes caused by noise
sensor bias and cognitive fuzzy.The subjective and objective ideal solution mother sequences are defined
and used for computing the grey correlation degrees based on the characteristics of the objective data and the subjective expert's preference
respectively.Then
an attribute index weight optimization model is constructed
which integrates the subjective and objective grey correlation degrees
and the Lagrange method is adopted to solve the optimal weights.Lastly
the impacts of unexpected external interference factors on the credibility of evaluation are considered
and a group generalized intuitionistic fuzzy soft set is used to describe the expert's judgment on the degree of interference in order to correct the evaluation results.The effectiveness of the proposed approach is verified by the simulated results.

Aiming to address the shortcomings of three decision-making methods in air combat target assessment, such as the inability to effectively handle uncertain situation information and quantitatively rank the decision-making targets according to their importance, a dynamic intuitionistic fuzzy decision model based on the improved GRA-TOPSIS method and three-way decisions is proposed. First, the target attribute weight is obtained by cosine intuitionistic fuzzy entropy algorithm; then, a novel intuitionistic fuzzy distance measure is introduced, and grey incidence analysis and TOPSIS are used to build the conditional probability for three-way decisions that fully utilize the existing information and reflect the consistency of dynamic change trend; finally, the comprehensive loss function matrix is constructed and the threat classification results are obtained using the decision rules. The example analysis shows that the proposed method can not only effectively handle complex battlefield situations and dynamic uncertain information, but it can also classify targets, improving the effectiveness and rationality of decision-making and providing a reference basis for scientific command decision-making.

Simulation analysis shows that this method can effectively and accurately assess the threat of multi-batch UAV swarm targets, which can provide reference for making combat command decisions to fight against UAV swarm.

DOI: 10.16183/j.cnki.jsjtu.2021.400 http://doi.org/10.16183/j.cnki.jsjtu.2021.400 现有的无人机态势评估方法没有考虑复杂外界环境对决策者的影响,并且通常只能得到评估的排序结果,决策者需要在短时间内进行决策,常出现误判或错失打击窗口期.针对该问题,提出一种基于累积前景理论的三支决策模型.首先,通过直觉模糊接近于理想值的排序方法求取目标的条件概率, 得到态势评估结果;之后基于累积前景理论对无人机获取的直觉模糊态势信息进行计算,得到每个目标执行不同动作时对应的累积前景价值;最后,基于累积前景价值最大化的原则,推导出新的三支决策规则,对态势评估结果进行三支划分.实验分析表明:该方法不仅得到了目标威胁排序,而且对目标威胁等级进行客观分类;同时在评估过程中考虑决策者的心理,得到符合决策者特质的目标威胁评估结果,为复杂多变的空战提供一种合理的决策支持.

DOI: 10.12305/j.issn.1001-506X.2022.01.22 http://doi.org/10.12305/j.issn.1001-506X.2022.01.22 针对传统防空目标威胁评估中威胁因素考虑不全、定性指标量化不精确以及属性指标权重固定不变等方面的不足, 在综合考虑目标静态和动态属性的基础上, 提出了基于直觉模糊理想解逼近(technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution, TOPSIS)法和变权多准则优化妥协决策(multi-criteria optimization compromise decision-making, VIKOR)法的防空目标威胁综合评估方法。首先,直觉模糊集和隶属度函数分别用于静态和动态属性指标的量化。然后,构建直觉模糊TOPSIS模型和融合变权的VIKOR模型进行静态属性和动态属性威胁评估。最后,进行综合威胁度计算。仿真验证表明, 目标威胁综合评估方法与仅考虑目标运动状态信息的传统评估方法相比, 评估结果更加合理有效, 更符合防空作战实际。
