为揭示侵彻过程中战斗部对引信边界载荷的影响规律
建立战斗部动力学模型和有限元模型。通过有限元差分法计算和数值模拟分析战斗部在不同频率半正弦信号激励下对引信的瞬态加载特性
并采用数值模拟和打靶试验研究弹靶作用时弹体和引信体的过载时域响应特性
通过冲击响应谱数值计算得到引信过载在频域范围的响应放大倍数。研究结果表明:侵彻战斗部在宽频域范围具有明显的轴向振动放大特性。引信过载频响特性与谐响应分析结果表明
侵彻战斗部在宽频域范围轴向振动放大特性的根本原因是战斗部1阶或多阶轴向振动固有频率的谐振
为指导弹载产品的抗高过载优化设计提供了依据。
A dynamic model and a finite element model of warhead are established to reveal the influence of warhead on the boundary load of fuse during penetrating. The transient loading characteristics of warhead on the fuze under the excitation of semi-sinusoidal signals with different frequencies are analyzed by using the finite element difference method and numerical simulation. The time-domain response characteristics of projectile and fuze under the impact of projectile on a target are studied through numerical simulation. Furthermore
the amplification factor of fuze overload response in the frequency domain is calculated by useing the shock response spectrum value. The results indicate that the penetrating warhead exhibits significant axial vibration amplification characteristics in a wide frequency range. The analyzed results of the overload frequency response characteristics and harmonic response of fuze indicate that the fundamental reason for the axial vibration amplification characteristics of penetrating warhead in a wide frequency range is the resonance of natural frequency of the first-order or multi-order axial vibration of warhead
which provides a basis for guiding the optimization design of high overload resistance of missile-borne products.

DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1000-1093.2019.02.007 http://doi.org/10.3969/j.issn.1000-1093.2019.02.007 随着武器系统打击能力的不断提升,高强度混凝土被越来越多地应用到防护设施中。为研究弹体侵彻高强度混凝土的现象和规律,进行了弹体高速侵彻C60高强度混凝土的试验,并与已开展的弹体高速侵彻C35普通强度混凝土试验结果进行对比。采用基于空腔膨胀理论的计算方法、经验侵彻公式法和节点回退法等方法对两组试验中的弹体侵彻深度、弹体侵蚀进行了分析。计算和试验结果表明:相比于弹体侵彻C35混凝土试验,相同速度下侵彻C60混凝土弹体的过载约为其1.8倍,侵彻深度为其52%;C60混凝土靶表面破坏更大,表明随着强度的提高混凝土脆性变大;在骨料切削影响条件相同情况下,侵彻C60混凝土弹体的侵蚀更大,表明高强度混凝土的砂浆对弹体侵蚀作用变大。

In order to study the phenomenon and law of projectile penetrating into high-strength concrete, the experiment of projectile penetrating into C60 high-strength concrete target is carried out, and the experimental results are compared with those of C35 normal strength concrete. The penetration depth and projectile erosion are analyzed by means of calculation method based on cavity expansion theory, empirical penetration formula method and nodes back-off method. The calculated and experimental results show that the overload of projectile penetrating into C60 concrete is 1.8 times of that of projectile penetrating into C35 concrete, and the penetration depth is 52%. The surface damage of C60 concrete target is greater, indicating that the brittleness of concrete gets larger with the increase of strength. The erosion of projectile penetrating into high strength concrete is more serious in the case of the same aggregate cutting conditions, indicating that the erosion effect of high-strength mortar gets larger. DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1000-1093.2020.04.001 http://doi.org/10.3969/j.issn.1000-1093.2020.04.001 为揭示侵彻过程中引信电路模块的动态响应机理,将机械振动理论引入侵彻过程理论分析与计算,提出一种简化的侵彻战斗部-引信系统动力学模型。以侵彻战斗部-引信系统的载荷传递关系为基础,基于多自由度弹簧-质量-阻尼系统建立模型的动力学微分方程;通过谐响应分析确定固有频率、阻尼比等动力学参数,并采用数值积分的方法预测不同侵彻工况下的响应特性;从系统幅频响应特性的角度分析响应特性与传统经验公式解有很大差异的原因。与谐响应分析结果、火炮试验实测过载信号的对比分析表明:提出的动力学模型能准确、快速地预测战斗部、引信在侵彻过程中的响应特性;考虑轴向振动后,侵彻战斗部表现出明显的振动放大特性与周期振荡特性,而且是影响引信电路模块响应特性的首要因素。

(in Chinese) DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1000-1093.2020.04.001 http://doi.org/10.3969/j.issn.1000-1093.2020.04.001 The mechanical vibration theory is introduced into theoretical analysis and calculation of penetration process, and a simplified dynamic model of penetration warhead-fuze system is proposed with the purpose of revealing the dynamic response mechanism of circuit module of fuze in penetration process. On the basis of analysis of loading transfer relation, a dynamic differential equation is established based on multi-DOFs spring-mass-damper system, and the dynamic parameters, such as natural frequency and damping ratio, are determined by the harmonic response analysis. Then the dynamic characteristics under different penetration conditions are predicted by numerical integration method, and the reason why the predicted dynamic characteristics differ greatly from the calculated result of the traditional empirical formula is analyzed from the amplitude-frequency response.The credibility of the proposed model was verified through artillery test, and the overload signal in penetration process was collected. The calculated value of overload signal is in agreement well with measured result. The result shows that the proposed model is more suitable to predict the dynamic characteristics of warhead or fuze in penetration process. It is shown that penetration warhead exhibits obvious vibration amplificatory characteristics and periodic oscillation characteristics in considering the axial vibration effect, and the dynamic characteristics of warhead are the most important factor affecting the dynamic characteristics of circuit module in fuze.Key

DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1000-1093.2021.06.010 http://doi.org/10.3969/j.issn.1000-1093.2021.06.010 为分析弹体斜侵彻多层间隔靶的弹道特性,开展典型卵形弹体不同入射角侵彻多层间隔钢靶试验和数值模拟研究。利用有限元软件LS-DYNA建立弹体斜侵彻多层间隔钢靶数值仿真模型,分析弹体斜侵彻多层间隔钢靶作用过程,得出弹体入射角、弹体速度、靶体厚度及弹体变形对多层钢靶侵彻弹道特性的影响规律并进行了试验验证。结果表明:弹体入射角越大,侵彻弹道偏转越大;初始速度越大,弹体斜侵彻多层间隔钢靶偏转角度越小,且速度对偏转角的影响幅度随速度增大呈减小趋势;随着靶体厚度增加,弹体斜侵彻多层间隔钢靶弹道由整体向下偏转转变为整体向上偏转;靶体厚度对偏转角的影响幅度随靶体厚度增大呈增大趋势;刚性弹体斜侵彻多层间隔钢靶弹道偏转角度比变形弹小。

(in Chinese) DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1000-1093.2021.06.010 http://doi.org/10.3969/j.issn.1000-1093.2021.06.010 The experiment and numerical simulation investigation of typical ogive-nose projectile penetrating into the multi-layer spaced steel targets at different inclination angles were conducted to analyze the trajectory characteristics of projectile obliquely penetrating into the steel target. Simulation models for oblique penetration of projectile into multi-layer steel target were established by LS-DYNA, the action process of the projectile obliquely penetrating into the multi-layer steel targets was analyzed, and the influence rules of projectile inclination angle, projectile velocity, target thickness and projectile deformation on the trajectory characteristics were obtained. The simulated results agree well with the experimental data. The results show that the trajectory deflection increases with the increase in inclination angle, and decreases with the increase in impact velocity, and its influence decreases with the increase in impact velocity. The trajectory deflection changes from overall downward to overall upward, and the influence of target thickness on the trajectory deflection increases with the increase in its thickness. The trajectory deflection of the rigid projectile is smaller than that of the deforming projectile.

DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1009-086x.2021.05.015 http://doi.org/10.3969/j.issn.1009-086x.2021.05.015 为了研究装药结构在不同侵彻载荷下的动态响应特性,建立了战斗部侵彻混凝土整体靶与多层间隔靶模型。利用LS-DYNA软件数值模拟战斗部动态侵彻混凝土靶板的过程,对比分析了战斗部侵彻整体靶与多层间隔靶时冲击载荷的差异、装药内部塑性变形区的分布及装药尾部与壳体间隙的变化。结果表明:侵彻整体靶时,装药主要承受的是轴向过载冲击,其前端面易产生塑性变形;侵彻多层间隔靶时,由于战斗部姿态偏转较大,径向过载冲击大幅提升,装药端面、局部侧壁以及装药与壳体接触的尖角部位成为塑性变形较大的区域。在侵彻载荷作用下,装药尾端面与战斗部金属壳体发生反复的撞击和分离。与整体靶相比,侵彻多层间隔靶过程中装药与壳体的动态冲击碰撞更频繁,碰撞强度更大,持续时间更长。

The test and simulated signals are segmented by penetration layers. The layer and inter-layer coefficients of acceleration signal for each layer are calculated by subtracting every amplitude of signal points by former one and summing the absolute values of difference values. The larger the two sets of evaluation indexes are, the more severer the superposition degree is. The calculated results of test and simulated signals are used to demonstrate the efficiency of evaluation indexes. The calculated results of layer and inter-layer coefficients in 3 sets of data show that the layer and inter-layer coefficients are smaller if the disturbance superposition degree is lower, and vice versa. One set of data is extracted from the calculated results of evaluation indexes of acceleration signal for two detonation control circuits in one penetration warhead, and the calculated deviation is less 5%. The calculated result is consistent to the results of qualitative analysis and spectral analysis. The experimental results show that the layer and inter-layer coefficients are efficient for evaluating the disturbance superposition degree in multi-layer penetration acceleration signal.
