The expression, identification and measurement of functional dependency among various element entities are important issues in the study of complex SoS. Through the analysis of the dependence of the interaction behaviors between the element systems in the networked information system of systems (NISoS), the dependency network model of NISoS (DNMN) is constructed based on the function dependency network (FDN). By consider the combat attributes and mission completion effects, the node importance measurement index is proposed, and on this basis, a FDNA-based gravity center evaluation (GCE) method of NISoS is given. Finally, the validity of the DNMN model and GCE method are illustrated by a case of maritime joint operation NISoS.

It is an effective way to resolve the conflicts between huge equipment training cost and limited resources and improve training quality by building networked, systematic and intelligent simulation training equipment and system, and conducting systematic countermeasure simulation training based on present simulation technologies and training resources. The current situation and trend of the development of system architecture of simulation, simulation modeling, enemy simulation, information system simulation, etc are evaluated and summarized. It initially analyses the application and efficacy on the US Navy's normalized training environment, typical systems such as 'Alpha' intelligence air war simulation training system and the American 2021 large-scale military exercises are analyzed. Aiming at the real combat simulation training capacity under the combat condition, five research directions are proposed, which could be the references for engineering and technical personnel in this field.

Due to the complexity of the system and many involved operational nodes for the MAV/UAV cooperative combat system, it is necessary to carry out top-level design for the entire combat system from the perspective of system engineering and adopt a unified structural framework to model the system architecture. Firstly, the Department of Defense architecture framework (DoDAF) is introduced. An system architecture rapid development procedure is proposed and the development steps are given. Secondly, the view model is used to model the system functions, operational mission activities, information interaction and organizational relationship of each combat node for the MAV/UAV cooperative combat system. Finally, the model is validated through dynamic simulation. The results show that the execution state of the proposed combat system is consistent with the expected combat flow. Moreover, the system architecture design is proved to be reasonable, which ensures the consistency and correspond performance of the information architecture description and the each combat node definition in the system.

With the rapid development of UAV swarm technology and the change of combat style, the field of combat missions of UAV swarm continues to expand, the scope of task allocation continues to extend, and the scale and complexity of task allocation problems continue to increase, which have posed new challenges for task allocation technology of the UAV swarm. This paper conducted a throughout review of the current studies on the UAV swarm operation theories, task allocation modeling, task pre-allocation and task reallocation algorithms, task allocation under joint application of heterogeneous unmanned system. Several key questions of the UAV swarm task allocation problem, including generalized modeling of the UAV swarm tasks, optimization of task pre-allocation algorithm for multi-task, optimization of task reallocation algorithm for emergencies in limited time, and cooperative task allocation to large-scale heterogeneous unmanned system under tight coupling of path planning are identified. On the basis of that, the future development directions of the UAV swarm task allocation technology are discussed, which could provide new research ideas and solutions for improving the solution quality and solution speed of UAV swarm task allocation. This review has important reference significance for the comprehensive understanding of task allocation technology of UAV swarm.

DOI: 10.12382/bgxb.2022.0177 http://doi.org/10.12382/bgxb.2022.0177 无人集群将深刻地塑造战争样式,为提升无人集群自主决策算法能力,对异构无人集群攻防对抗自主决策方法进行研究。对无人集群对抗模型设计进行总体概述,并对无人集群攻防对抗场景进行模型设计;针对无人集群自主决策采用强化学习技术广泛存在的稀疏奖励问题,提出基于局部回报重塑的奖励机制设定方法;在此基础上叠加优先经验回放,有效地改善稀疏奖励问题;通过程序仿真和演示系统设计,验证该方法的优越性。该方法的研究将加速基于强化学习技术的无人集群自主决策算法网络收敛过程,对无人集群自主决策算法研究具有重要意义。

In order to improve the autonomous decision-making algorithm capability of UAV swarms, the autonomous decision-making method for heterogeneous UAV swarm attack-defense confrontation scenarios is studied. An overview of the design of the UAV swarm confrontation model and the model design of the UAV swarm attack-defense confrontation scenario are carried out. To solve the sparse reward problem which widely exists in the reinforcement learning technology in the autonomous decision-making of the UAV swarm, a reward mechanism setting method based on local reward reshaping is proposed. And then, the prioritized experience replay is superimposed, which effectively improves the sparse reward problem. Finally, the superiority of this method is verified by simulation and demonstration system design. This study will accelerate the network convergence process of the autonomous decision-making algorithm for UAV swarms based on reinforcement learning technology, which is of great significance to the research on autonomous decision-making algorithms of UAV swarms.

(in Chinese) DOI: 10.12382/bgxb.2021.0408 http://doi.org/10.12382/bgxb.2021.0408 To deal with the low precision of the UAV model in the process of combat simulation, the difficulty of virtualreality interactive operation, and the weak combat experience of commanders, the design scheme of the combat simulation system is proposed based on virtual twin technology, which is used for synchronous operation of actual UAV combat and simulation/deduction, and outputting intelligent assisted decision-making according to the battlefield situation. On the basis of digital twin, the connotation of virtual twin technology is proposed. Combined with the advanced means of artificial intelligence, the framework of virtual twin system for UAV combat is designed. Finally, taking the combat process of individual combat quadrotor UAV as an example, the hardware and software architecture is designed, and the operation process is analyzed. The case study findings shows that the model under the virtual twin system runs more accurately, and can realize the virtual-reality synchronization, interactive operation, visual interface and intelligent decision-making real-time output, so that the commander's sense of participation is enhanced, and the combat command efficiency is improved.

DOI: 10.12011/1000-6788-2018-1302-11 http://doi.org/10.12011/1000-6788-2018-1302-11 考虑到武器装备体系中装备节点的复杂性和异质性,以及装备之间关系的多样性,本文首先提出了基于异质网络的武器装备体系建模方法.其次通过借鉴OODA作战循环理论的概念,结合异质网络中元路径的定义,提出评估指标——杀伤链数对武器装备体系结构抗毁性进行评估.然后将杀伤链数和常用的抗毁性评估指标——自然连通度进行比较,分析随机攻击和选择性攻击策略下武器装备体系结构抗毁性的变化,发现具备实际语义信息的杀伤链数对于评估武器装备体系结构抗毁性更加有效.最后,通过想定背景下的武器装备作战体系实例,分析该实例下的武器装备体系结构抗毁性,为进攻方首要攻击对象和防守方首要保护对象提供辅助决策.
