为研究油气弹簧工作过程中的生热机理
建立油气弹簧参数化热模型。采集试验数据对油气弹簧阻尼示功特性进行数值拟合
得到活塞运动速度-阻尼力关系的数学表达式。对油气弹簧的传热路径和换热特点分析
建立油气弹簧热阻网络模型
计算得到工作过程中油气弹簧2种工作介质的温度变化特性。设计试验对油气弹簧的热模型计算结果进行验证。试验结果表明:阻尼力做功是油气弹簧温度升高的主要热量来源
油液温度比气体温度上升更快、平衡温度更高
该模型可以准确地计算出油气弹簧不同工作介质的温升情况
为油气弹簧热-机耦合动力学研究提供了参考。
A parametric thermodynamic model for the hydro-pneumatic spring of tracked vehicle is established to explore the mechanism of heat generation of hydro-pneumatic spring during working process. The damping indicator characteristics of hydro-pneumatic spring are numerically fitted through test data acquisition
and a mathematical expression of piston velocity-damping force is obtained by data fitting. Based on the analysis of the heat transfer path and characteristics of hydro-pneumatic spring
a thermal resistance network model of hydro-pneumatic spring is established
and the temperature changes of two working medias of hydro-pneumatic spring are calculated. The calculated results of thermodynamic model for the hydro-pneumatic spring are verified by test. The results show that the work done by the damping force is the main heat source for the temperature rise of hydro-pneumatic spring. Under the same working condition
the oil temperature rises faster than the gas temperature and the oil equilibrium temperature is higher. The thermodynamic model can accurately calculate the temperature rise of hydro-pneumatic spring in different working medias
and provides a reference for studying the thermo-mechanical coupling dynamics of hydro-pneumatic spring.

DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1001-3881.2020.14.010 http://doi.org/10.3969/j.issn.1001-3881.2020.14.010 以某4×4轮式车为例对基于全液控油气弹簧动态车姿调节关键技术进行研究,指出车辆行驶过程中油气弹簧内的动态油压是动态车姿调节的关键。通过数学建模和仿真分析得出油气弹簧规格、路面等级和车速等参数都对动态油压有影响,且当激励频率为车身固有频率时油气弹簧内的动态油压最大。通过实车试验验证了动态油压模型及计算方法的正确性,指出在进行车姿调节系统设计时需要根据实际情况对动态油压进行校核计算并决定是否安装液压增压装置,从而保证动态车姿调节可靠。

DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1000-1093.2016.07.015 http://doi.org/10.3969/j.issn.1000-1093.2016.07.015 电连接器插孔是弹性元件,在交变热应力的作用下易产生热疲劳,出现应力松弛现象,从而影响电连接器的接触可靠性。结合加速寿命试验理论,提出了一种电连接器热疲劳试验方案,设计了试验电路并进行了试验,分析了电连接器的热疲劳失效机理。试验结果表明:试品的接触电阻值随温度循环次数的增加而缓慢增长,其宏观原因是插孔收口处孔径增加,接触件间接触力减小;循环应力中温差或温度变化率的增加,会加速连接器接触电阻的增长。试验后试品插孔的金相分析发现: 温度循环条件下,连接器插孔中微观组织结构的变化,即插孔中的α相晶粒尺寸和滑移线密度均有所增加,滑移方向差异化程度增强,是导致其接触可靠性和性能逐步蜕化的根本原因;温差范围与温度变化率对电连接器性能蜕化的综合作用取决于滑移线密度与滑移方向差异化程度的“对抗”结果。

(in Chinese) DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1000-1093.2021.10.012 http://doi.org/10.3969/j.issn.1000-1093.2021.10.012 For improving the running stability of tracked vehicles,the thermal property of reduction gear for electrical transmission system of tracked vehicle is studied by 1D and 3D methods. 1D software is used to calculate the outlet pressure and flow rate of each lubrication and cooling orifice of reduction gear as well as the power loss and heat transfer path of reduction gear. The lubrication flow field and temperature field are simulated to obtain the temperature distribution of reduction gear by using 3D software.The research process of thermal properties of mechanical components in electric drive system of tracked vehicle is explored. The research process shows the advantages of 1D/3D software combined simulation method for the analysis of gear thermal property. It improves the accuracy of simulation results and shortens the simulation time.

DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1000-1093.2021.10.017 http://doi.org/10.3969/j.issn.1000-1093.2021.10.017 永磁电机以其高功率密度的优点广泛应用于各种电传动场合,电机绕组温升是决定电机额定功率的重要因素。在电机热分析模型中,绕组模型的等效物性确定是最困难的。采用一种基于电机整机试验的绕组等效热物性拟合方法,并与等效绕组样件测量方法和绕组完整导线模型仿真方法进行对比。试验验证结果表明:受测试条件的限制,绕组样件的应用范围受限;绕组完整导线模型仿真因没有考虑浸渍漆填充效率评估温升偏小,但在设计阶段可以使用;绕组等效热物性拟合方法的准确性较高;该热评估方法可以准确、快速对电机进行热评估,为确定绕组简化模型等效导热系数提出解决方案。

The temperature rise of motor winding is an important factor to determine the rated power of motor. In the thermal analysis model of motor,it is the most difficult to determine the equivalent physical properties of winding model.A fitting method of equivalent thermophysical properties of winding based on motor test is proposed and compared with the measurement method of equivalent winding sample and the simulation method of complete winding wire model. Through the test verification,the winding sample is limited by the test conditions and its application scope is limited.The temperature rise of the whole wire model is small because the filling efficiency of impregnating varnish is not considered,but it can be used in the design stage. The fitting method of equivalent thermophysical properties of winding has high accuracy.Through verification,the proposed thermal evaluation method can accurately and quickly evaluate the thermophysical properties of motor winding,and a solution is proposed to determine the equivalent thermal conductivity of the simplified winding model.
