运用遗传算法求出某新型装甲突击车动力系统最优机会维修策略。对比分析结果表明:机会维修策略将动力系统可用度提高10%、保修成本降低9.3%
充分验证了机会维修策略的有效性
提升了装备维修保障的军事和经济效益;该策略可为二维保修服务下多部件系统机会维修策略的制订提供科学依据与定量化分析方法。
To address the problem that isolated maintenance to individual components during the warranty period reduces equipment availability and increases equipment warranty costs
the optimal opportunistic maintenance strategy for multi-component systems is explored by combining the characteristics of complex equipment and the current situation of two-dimensional warranty
with the availability of equipment during the warranty period as the main quantitative analysis index. Based on the failure correlation analysis of the multi-component system
the opportunistic maintenance strategy is applied in combination with the preventive maintenance plan of each single component
and the two-dimensional warranty availability model of the multi-component system is established by introducing the reliability threshold at the time of opportunistic maintenance and optimizing the combined preventive maintenance work of each single component. In the case analysis
the genetic algorithm is used to find the optimal opportunistic maintenance strategy for a new armored assault vehicle power system. The results of the comparative analysis show that the opportunistic maintenance strategy increases the power system availability by 10% and reduces the warranty cost by 9.3%
which fully verifies the effectiveness of the strategy and improves the military and economic benefits of equipment maintenance and support. This strategy can provide a scientific basis and quantitative analysis method for the development of the opportunistic maintenance strategy for multi-component systems using two-dimensional warranty service.

DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1000-1093.2021.01.023 http://doi.org/10.3969/j.issn.1000-1093.2021.01.023 共因失效是装备遂行作战任务过程中存在的一种常见现象,是影响战时装备任务成功概率的重要因素。分析合成部队装备层次结构,构建合成部队作战任务剖面,并对合成部队装备共因失效和维修保障特点进行分析;以合成部队进攻阶段任务为研究对象,提出合成部队任务成功要求;充分考虑随机共因失效、多种类装备、多作战单元协同作战、随机任务时间、换件修理时间等复杂因素对战时合成部队任务成功性的影响,建立基于蒙特卡洛方法的合成部队作战任务成功概率仿真评估模型;通过算例,验证仿真模型的可行性和有效性。研究结果表明:所建模型能够用于战时合成部队任务成功概率评估和作战任务时间的规划;合理配置各类备件的携行数量,可以提升战时合成部队任务成功概率。

苏春 , 陈武 . 基于滚动窗口方法的风力机动态机会维修优化 [J ] . 机械工程学报 , 2014 , 50 ( 14 ): 62 - 68 . 以由多个部件组成的风力机为对象,针对此类系统存在的维护困难、停机损失大等特点,研究多部件系统动态机会维修优化问题。采用役龄回退因子描述部件不完全维修效果,在定义故障率函数的基础上建立单部件不完全维修平均成本模型;考虑预防性维修、最小维修和停机损失等维修成本,根据部件维修活动之间的经济相关性,以节省的总机会维修成本最大为目标,研究预防性维修活动安排,构建有限时间内多部件系统机会维修决策模型;考虑到风力机运行环境的严酷性和动态性,采用滚动窗口方法完成维修活动的动态调度,以随机停机事件作为风力机成组维修的机会,并动态更新原有的维修计划。以某风力机齿轮箱、转子、发电机和轴承等四个关键部件的维修决策为例,完成案例研究。研究结果表明,该模型能够实时更新风力机系统维修计划,实现维修活动的动态优化,有效地降低维修成本。

In this paper, a new warranty servicing strategy is examined, considering imperfect repair with a two-dimensional warranty where the failed item is imperfectly repaired when it fails for the first time in a specified period of the warranty and all other failures are repaired minimally. The optimal servicing strategy is obtained to minimize the total expected warranty servicing cost. The proposed repair policy is compared numerically with existing strategies reported in the literature.
