摘要

为探究储氢合金TiH

在温压弹中应用的可行性

利用开放式和半开放式哈特曼管

分别模拟温压弹在空中和地下坑道内的爆炸过程

并利用基于比色测温和轮廓检测技术的高速二维测量平台

研究不同浓度TiH

粉尘云火焰特征参数及其影响因素。实验结果表明:在开放空间内

TiH

粉尘火焰温度在2150~2400K范围内

随着粉尘浓度的增加

火焰温度呈下降趋势

其初期火焰传播速度和加速度受粉尘浓度影响不大

后期随浓度的增加而增加;在管道受限空间内

不同浓度TiH

粉尘云稳定燃烧的温度都在2430K左右

粉尘浓度越大、火焰传播到顶部所需时间越短

管道内粉尘的稳定火焰温度较开放空间内的高50~210K

其火焰传播速度是开放空间内的 6~15倍。与传统爆炸测试手段相比

比色测温方法可以准确重构某区域的瞬态温度分布云图

轮廓检测技术可以实现火焰前锋面速度和加速度的精确测量

从而为温压弹的配方设计和毁伤效能鉴定提供了一种新的技术手段。

Abstract

In order to explore the application feasibility of hy

drogen storage alloy TiH

in thermobaric bombs

an open and a semi-open Hartmann tube were used to simulate the explosion processes of a thermobaric bomb in the air and underground tunnels

respectively. By using the two-dimensional high-speed measurement platform on basis of the colorimetric thermometry and contour detection methods

flame characteristic parameters and influencing factors of TiH

dust cloud with different concentrations were studied. The experimental results showed that: in the open space

the flame temperature of TiH

dust was in the range of 2150-2400K

and the flame temperature decreased with the increase of dust concentration; the flame propagation velocity and acceleration were not affected by the dust concentration in the early stage

but increased with the increasing dust concentration in the later stage; in the confined space of a pipeline

the temperature of dust clouds with different concentrations of TiH

during stable combustion were around 2430K

and the higher the dust concentration

the shorter the flame propagation time to the top; the stable flame temperature of dust clouds in the pipeline was 50-210K higher than that in the open space

and the flame propagation velocity was 6-15 times than that in the open space. Compared with the traditional explosion testing methods

the colorimetric thermometry method can precisely measure the transient temperature distribution of a certain zone

and the contour detection method can accurately measure the propagation velocity and acceleration of flame front surface

which may provide a new technical means for the formulation design and damage effectiveness evaluation of thermobaric bombs.

DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1000-1093.2018.01.011 http://doi.org/10.3969/j.issn.1000-1093.2018.01.011 为研究粉尘云团形成的爆轰波在空气中传播过程及对周围环境的温压效应和毁伤规律，采用时-空守恒元解元算法两相流模型模拟了当量比为1，颗粒半径为2 μm的悬浮铝粉尘均匀分布形成的半径3.0 m的云团在空气中的爆轰波传播过程。研究结果表明：在冲击波到达云团边界处3.0 m位置时压力达到最大值2.10 MPa，而后压力产生衰减；冲击波到达4.7 m时铝粉尘全部反应完毕无剩余；铝粉尘反应形成的火球会向外运动可到达10.0 m处，火球内中心区域为温度3 500 K 以上、密度0.120 kg/m<sup>3</sup>的高温低密度区域；冲击波到达24.5 m处超压为0.10 MPa，达到致人死亡标准；冲击波到达28.0 m处时超压为0.09 MPa，可致人严重损伤。

DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1000-1093.2021.03.021 http://doi.org/10.3969/j.issn.1000-1093.2021.03.021 为实现对爆炸温度场的动态测量，针对爆炸温度场变化快、范围广、温度高、难以测量的问题，提出一种基于高速成像技术的爆炸温度场测温方法。基于辐射原理推导出高速成像系统的温度测量模型，建立高速相机图像灰度值和被爆炸温度之间的对应关系，得到可通过控制高速成像系统曝光时间和透光率2个参数控制测温范围的算法；搭建高速成像爆炸温度场测量系统，用最小二乘法对系统进行标定，标定结果显示：该建模方法在2 200~2 900 ℃区间平均误差为0.74%，在1 850~2 350 ℃区间平均误差为1.95%，能够满足爆炸温度场的测量需求。运用搭建的系统与红外测温仪分别进行375 g、750 g及1 500 g 3种药量的温压弹爆炸温度测量对比实验，实验结果表明：该系统与红外测温仪之间的温度测量值最大偏差为3.31%，实现了高响应速率及高分辨率测量。

(in Chinese) DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1000-1093.2021.03.021 http://doi.org/10.3969/j.issn.1000-1093.2021.03.021 A temperature measuring method for explosive temperature field based on high-speed imaging technology is proposed for the fast change, wide range, high temperature and difficult measurement of explosive temperature field. Based on the principle of radiation, a temperature measuring model of high-speed imaging system is deduced. The corresponding relationship between gray value of high-speed camera image and temperature of explosion is established, the temperature measuring range can be controlled by controlling the exposure time and transmittance of the high-speed imaging system. A high-speed imaging explosive temperature field measuring system was build, and the least square method was used to calibrate the system. The calibrated results show that the average error of the proposed method is 0.74% in the temperature range of 2 200-2 900 ℃ and 1.95% in the temperature range of 1 850- 2 350 ℃, which can meet the measuring requirements of the explosive temperature field. The proposed system and the infrared thermometer were used to measure the temperatures of 375 g, 750 g and 1 500 g explosive charges in experiment. The experimental results show that the maximum deviation of temperature measurement between the system and the infrared thermometer is 3.31%, which realizes the high response rate and high resolution measurement.
