摘要

为解决激光武器反无人机作战效能评估中指标针对性不足、赋权融合不充分及指标相关性刻画不足等问题，提出一种基于BWM-CRITIC组合赋权与Mahalanobis-TOPSIS的综合评估方法。面向小型多旋翼、小型固定翼及连续来袭等典型威胁，按“发现—跟踪—照射—失能—处置”任务链构建指标体系，融合BWM主观权重与CRITIC客观权重，并引入Mahalanobis距离改进TOPSIS以处理指标相关性。以5种系统方案验证并对比传统TOPSIS，结果表明该方法能够更有效地区分不同方案的综合效能，提升排序结果的合理性与稳定性；探测跟踪、毁伤效率、环境适应和持续保障等能力的协同匹配，是决定系统低空反无人机任务表现的关键因素。研究结果可为激光反无人机系统的方案比选、能力优化与部署决策提供参考。

Abstract

To address the problems of insufficient index pertinence

inadequate fusion of subjective and objective weighting

and poor characterization of index correlation in the combat effectiveness evaluation of laser weapons against UAVs

a comprehensive evaluation method based on BWM-CRITIC combined weighting and Mahalanobis-TOPSIS is proposed. Facing typical threats such as small multi-rotor UAVs

small fixed-wing UAVs and continuous incoming targets

an index system is constructed following the task chain of "detection–tracking–irradiation–target disablement–disposal". The subjective weights of BWM and objective weights of CRITIC are integrated

and the Mahalanobis distance is introduced to improve TOPSIS to deal with index correlation. Five system schemes are adopted for verification and compared with the traditional TOPSIS method. The results show that the proposed method can more effectively distinguish the comprehensive effectiveness of different schemes and improve the rationality and stability of ranking results. The collaborative matching of capabilities including detection and tracking

damage efficiency

environmental adaptability and continuous support is the key factor determining the performance of the system in low-altitude anti-UAV missions. The research results can provide a reference for scheme comparison and selection

capability optimization and deployment decision-making of laser anti-UAV systems.
