摘要

近年来

针对军用装备和民用建筑结构的恐怖爆炸袭击事件不断发生

轻则危害建筑结构安全

重则造成人员伤亡。为提高结构的爆炸防护性能

采用铝合金AL6061-T6、超高分子量聚乙烯纤维、碳纤维以及聚氨酯泡沫等轻质、吸能复合材料组成夹芯结构

通过实验方法对比不同结构在冲击波作用下的结构响应以及环氧树脂粘接对于组合靶板抗爆性能的影响。实验结果表明:层压板的抗变形能力优于夹层板

但夹层板的振动频率相对于层压板较低。当碳纤维层压板位于底层时可以有效减小靶板的位移。无论是否粘接

靶板的最大位移没有发生显著的变化。

Abstract

In recent years

terrorist bombing attacks targeting military equipment and civil building structures have occurred frequently

posing threats to the safety of building structures at the least and causing casualties at the most.To enhance the explosion protection performance of structures

lightweight and energy-absorbing composite materials such as aluminum alloy AL6061-T6

ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fibers

carbon fibers

and polyurethane foam are used to form sandwich structures.Experimental methods are employed to compare the structural responses of different structures under the impact of shock waves and the influence of epoxy resin bonding on the explosion resistance of composite target plates.The research indicates that laminated plates exhibit superior deformation resistance compared to sandwich plates

but the vibration frequency of sandwich plates is lower relative to that of laminated plates.When the carbon fiber laminated plate is positioned at the bottom layer

it can effectively reduce the displacement of the target plate.Whether bonded or not

there is no significant change in the maximum displacement of the target plate.
