摘要

内埋分离问题在武器布撒、物资投放等领域一直备受关注，随着蜂群等作战概念的发展，多运动体集束的内埋分离成为新的研究热点。不同于传统内埋分离，多运动体在有限空间内的密集装填需求导致运动体与空腔间隙过近，致使传统重叠网格方法在不同网格区块间难以鲁棒装配。针对上述问题，提出一种基于节点自适应的动网格方法，实现在保持流场单元数量不明显增加的前提下，狭小缝隙处重叠网格区块的鲁棒装配。在此基础上，通过与计算流体力学耦合6自由度运动方程的方法相结合，开展了内埋式多运动体动态抛撒分离过程的仿真分析。探究多运动体内埋分离过程的复杂气动干扰机理，重点分析不同运动体头部构型和初始参数对分离姿态和轨迹的影响规律。研究结果表明：不同头形与飞行工况对运动体分离动力学特性的影响存在复杂耦合关系，其中球形头部和-2°攻角工况下运动体在各方向的安全分离效果和姿态稳定性表现最好；分离速度的增加和较小的分离时间间隔均有利于运动体姿态稳定和分离安全；研究成果可为多运动体的分离方案设计提供支撑。

Abstract

The issue of internal separation has always attracted much attention in the field of weapon deployment and material distribution. With the development of combat concepts such as swarms

the internal separation of multiple moving bodies has become a new research hotspot. Unlike the traditional internal separation

the dense loading demand of multiple moving bodies in a limited space leads to the gap between the moving body and the cavity being too close

making it difficult for the traditional overset grid method to robustly assemble different grid blocks. Aiming at the problem that the traditional overset grid method is difficult to balance the analysis efficiency and assembly robustness when dealing with narrow gaps between walls

this paper proposes a node-adaptive dynamic grid method

which realizes the robust assembly of dissimilar grid blocks at narrow gaps on the premise of not significantly increasing the number of flow field cells. On this basis

the dynamic dispersion separation process of the internal multiple moving bodies is simulated and analyzed using the method of coupling the computational fluid dynamics（CFD）with the 6 degree of freedom（6DOF）motion equation

. The complex aerodynamic interference mechanism in the internal separation process of multiple moving bodies is explored

and the influence laws of differenthead configurations and initial parameters of moving body on its separation attitude and trajectory are analyzed in detail. The research results show that the influences of different head shapes and flight conditions on the separation dynamic characteristics of the moving body is nonlinear. Among them

the moving body with spherical head has the best safety separation effect and attitude stability in all directions under -2° angle of attack condition. The increase in separation speed and the shorter separation time interval are both conducive to the attitude stability and separation safety of the moving body.
