摘要

针对高温高膛压载荷作用下火炮身管内膛表面性能提升技术理论研究和工程验证不完善的问题，通过对传统单层镀铬技术与新型复合镀铬技术下的身管样件进行对比试验，获取了身管内膛涂层各项性能指标，在此基础上通过表面轮廓测试等各项材料性能表征手段揭示了涂层失效与防护机理，同时结合火药烧蚀冲刷试验和射击试验对不同涂层在高膛压内弹道环境下的抗烧蚀性进行试验验证，从而确定了整体性能优异、服役寿命长，能应用于高温高膛压身管的新型涂层。研究结果表明，新型复合镀层能够有效阻止身管内膛裂纹扩展，具有更优异的抗烧蚀性能和抗磨损性能，能有效提高某高温高膛压火炮身管寿命近1倍，对于高温高膛压工况下身管增寿技术的研究具有重要意义。

Abstract

The theoretical research and engineering verification of the technology for improving the surface performance of the inner chamber of gun barrel under high chamber pressure load are not yet complete. The barrel samples with single-layer chromium plating and composite chromium platingare comparatively tested to obtain various performance indicators of inner chamber coating of barrel. On this basis

the failure and protection mechanisms of the coating are revealed using various material property characterization methods such as surface contour testing. Meanwhile

the ablation resistances of different coatings under high chamber pressure and internal ballistic environment are verified through the gunpowder ablation and scouring tests and the shooting tests. Thus

a new type of coating with excellent overall performance and long service life is determined

which can be applied to high-temperature and high-chamber pressure barrels. The research results show that the new composite plating layer can effectively prevent the crack propagation inside the barrel

has better ablation resistance and wear resistance

and can effectively increase the service life of a certain high-temperature and high-chamber pressure artillery barrel by nearly 1 times. The research on the technology of extending the service life of the body tube under high-temperature and high-pressure working conditions is of great significance.
