为开发既具有防/除冰功能又可以满足承载性能要求的电热复合材料
基于定制纤维铺放工艺设计制备3种镍铬合金丝并联间距(6.67mm、4.00mm和2.86mm)的电加热织物及其增强复合材料
在25W功率下
3min内复合材料表面温度最低可达87.2℃。采用落锤冲击试验机、红外热像仪和万能强力试验机测试
并分析复合材料试样在7J下的低速冲击性能、冲击后电热性能和冲击后压缩性能。研究结果表明:引入镍铬合金丝电热层后复合材料冲击吸能至少增加23.6%;电热复合材料在未发生穿孔的情况下
冲击后损伤区域的表面温度仍然可以达到72.4℃以上
冲击后压缩模量和压缩强度保留率分别可达到88.73%和94.97%以上;与玻纤/环氧复合材料相比
随着镍铬合金丝并联间距减小
电热复合材料在冲击后压缩载荷下电热层处分层现象更为显著
这一结果为飞行器防/除冰用电热复合材料兼顾力学性能的设计提供实践意义的指导。
To develop the electrically-heated composites that have both anti-icing/de-icing functionality and meet load-bearing performance requirements
three types of electrically-heated fabrics containing nickel-chromium alloy wires with parallel spacings of 6.67mm
4.00mm and 2.86mm and their reinforced composites are designed and fabricated based on the tailored fiber placement process.The lowest surface temperature of the composites reaches 87.2℃ within three minutes at 25W.The low-velocity impact properties
electro-thermal properties and compression properties of the composites subjected to 7J impact load are tested and analyzed using a drop weight impact tester
an infrared thermal imager
and a universal testing machine.The results indicate that the impact energy absorption of composite with a the nickel-chromium alloy wire electrically-heated layer is increased by at least 23.6%.The surface temperature of the damaged areas in the electrically-heated composites can still reach above 72.4℃ after impact
and the retention rates of post-impact compressive modulus and compressive strength are 88.73% and 94.97%
respectively.Compared to glass fiber/epoxy composites
the decrease in the parallel spacing of nickel-chromium alloy wires results in a more pronounced delamination phenomenon in the electrically-heated layer under post-impact compressive load.These findings provide practical guidance for the design of electrically-heated composites for aircraft anti-icing/de-icing applications
ensuring a balance between mechanical performance and functional requirements.

许静娴 , 刘莉 , 李俊 . 镀银纱线电热针织物的开发及性能评价 [J ] . 纺织学报 , 2016 , 37 ( 12 ): 24 - 28 . 为开发保暖服用电加热针织物,使用镀银纱线织造了6款不同组织、不同镀银纱线含量的加热织物。基于电加热模块及红外线温度采集系统,对6款织物进行了电热性能实验,选取其中热稳定性最好、产热量最多的一款织物进行服装模拟发热实验。实验结果显示:常温下,双罗纹组织织物的电阻值比纬平针组织低,且电阻热稳定性更好;镀银纱线含量越高电阻值越低;通电时双罗纹组织织物表面温度分布更均匀且其中镀银长丝和涤纶短纤喂入比为3:7的试样升温最明显,在6V 电压下,以该试样为发热元件的服装面料系统表面可获得35℃的加热温度,足以起到发热保暖效果且能保证人体热舒适性。

(in Chinese) <p>This paper tends to develop a piece of electrical heating textile for thermal clothing. Six pieces of heating textiles with different textures and different silver-coated yarn content were knitted. The electric heating properties of the six samples were tested, based on an electric heating module and an infrared temperature acquisition system. Then, the one, which performs best in thermal stability and heat generation, was picked out to electrically heated clothing simulation. The test results indicated that the resistance of interlock stitch is lower than plain stitch. And the higher the silver-coated yarn content is, the lower the resistance becomes. Also, the thermal stability of resistance shows better with interlock texture. When charged, the temperature distribution of interlock stitch is more uniform than&nbsp;plain stitch, and the temperature rise of sample, with the rate of silver coated and polyester yarn&nbsp;of 3:7, is&nbsp;most obvious. The simulation test of thermal garment&rsquo; s heating properties showed that the temperature of the clothing surface, with the sample mentioned above as the heating element, could reach 35℃ at 6 V. Consequently, the textile knitted with silver-coated yarns&nbsp;can provide enough heat to the body while maintaining its thermal comfort.</p>

DOI: 10.12382/bgxb.2023.1200 http://doi.org/10.12382/bgxb.2023.1200 飞机机翼和发动机进气道的结冰导致飞行安全事故频发。针对飞机在寒冷气候下飞行会造成机翼和发动机进气道结冰的问题,开发一种可用于飞机防/除冰的电加热复合材料用增强织物。基于定制纤维铺放(Tailored Fiber Placement,TFP)技术,设计制备镍铬合金丝作为电热元件、玻纤平纹织物作为基底、涤纶线作为面线和底线的电加热织物。通过拉伸实验研究针迹步长、面线张力和布线速度等TFP工艺参数对电加热织物经向和纬向拉伸性能的影响,选择出最优工艺参数。以此参数制备出3种电热元件排列密度电加热织物,同时对其在不同电压下的电热性能进行评价。拉伸性能和电热性能测试结果表明:基于TFP技术制备的镍铬合金丝电加热织物经向和纬向拉伸强度保留率最高可达98.34%和95.71%;3种电加热织物35s时均可达到最高平衡温度,当施加电压不变时,电热元件排列密度越大,织物最高平衡温度越高;所得研究结果可为飞机防/除冰用电热复合材料提供增强织物方案,对于飞机防/除冰用材料的研制具有重要意义。
