火星上升器发射技术是实现我国2030年火星采样返回任务的关键技术。为研究火星上升器倾斜冷发射技术
基于弹射内弹道学理论
设计一种满足火星发射条件的并联无后坐式弹射内弹道方案;基于离散元法建立火星土壤的离散元模型;建立发射系统的刚柔耦合动力学模型
基于发射动力学理论对不同工况下火星上升器发射的全过程进行仿真分析。研究结果表明:设计得到的内弹道方案能够满足发射要求;无后坐设计对于保证发射装置的稳定性有重要作用;土壤离散化有助于表征火星土壤的动力学行为;地面倾角越大
发射装置的稳定性和发射精度越差
同一倾角的4种朝向中
上坡朝向的发射稳定性最差;“虚腿”现象会显著降低发射稳定性

The launch of Mars Ascent Vehicle (MAV) is the key technology to realize China's 2030 Mars Sample Return.To study the oblique cold launch technology of MAV
based on the theory of interior ballistics of catapults
a parallel recoilless interior ballistic scheme is designed to meet the launch conditions of Mars.Based on the discrete element method
a discrete element model of Mars soil is established.Additionally
a rigid-flexible coupling dynamics model of the launcher system is constructed.Finally

DOI: 10.16085/j.issn.1000-6613.2023-1147 http://doi.org/10.16085/j.issn.1000-6613.2023-1147 为了了解火星上的气固流态化行为,本文应用计算颗粒流体力学方法对不同重力条件下的气固流化床反应器中的流态化现象进行了数值模拟研究。分析了火星环境条件下气固流化床内的流体速度分布特性,探索了床层压力波动特性与环境重力和表观气速等因素间的关系。结果表明,在火星环境条件下,提高表观气速可以促进气固流态化的形成和充分发展;但是较高的表观气速会使流化床内的气固流场紊乱程度增加,不利于维持稳定的气固流态化状态。研究结果对于未来在火星上开展物质和能源等就地生产用气固流态化单元操作具有一定的指导意义。

(in Chinese) DOI: 10.16085/j.issn.1000-6613.2023-1147 http://doi.org/10.16085/j.issn.1000-6613.2023-1147 In order to understand the gas-solid fluidization behavior on Mars, the computational particle fluid dynamics (CPFD) method was applied to analyze the fluidization phenomenon in the gas-solid fluidization bed reactor under different gravity conditions. The fluid velocity distribution characteristics in the gas-solid fluidized bed were studied, and the relationship between the pressure fluctuation of the bed and the environmental gravity and superficial fluidized gas velocity was obtained. The results showed that under the Martian environment, increasing superficial gas velocity could promote the formation of well-developed gas-solid fluidization, but the higher superficial gas velocity would increase the degree of disorder of the gas-solid flow field in the bed, which had a certain negative impact on the stable operating of the fluidized bed. The research results had certain guiding significance for future gas-solid fluidization operations used for on-site production of materials and energy on Mars.

DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1000-1093.2020.12.007 http://doi.org/10.3969/j.issn.1000-1093.2020.12.007 为了深入探究后后效期对轻型无后坐力炮动不平衡冲量影响的物理内涵,通过试验方法对某轻型无后坐力炮进行测试。在对测试结果进行分析基础上,结合振动系统运动稳定性理论建立相关数学模型。基于试验测试结果以及模型计算结果进行分析,结果表明:轻型无后坐力炮在发射过程中存在后后效期;振动系统运动稳定性理论可以用于轻型无后坐力炮后后效期剩余火药燃气对发射器动不平衡冲量影响机理的研究;低温条件下火药燃烧不充分,当出现不稳定燃烧时会导致发射器前冲。

A relevant mathematical model is established based on the analysis of the test results and the motion stability theory of vibration system. The test and calculated results of the model were analyzed. The results show that there is a period after an aftereffect period in the launching process of light recoilless rifle. In the a period after an aftereffect period of light recoilless rifle, the motion stability theory of vibration system can be used to study the mechanism of the influence of residual propellant gas on the dynamic unbalance impulse of launcher. Under the condition of low temperature,the propellant combustion is insufficient,which may lead to the forward moving of the launcher.

DOI: 10.12115/j.issn.1004-499X(2022)04-007 http://doi.org/10.12115/j.issn.1004-499X(2022)04-007 为了研究高低压室发射弹丸过程中内弹道的参数设计问题,采用经典内弹道理论,结合高低压室发射特点,建立了高低压室发射弹丸内弹道仿真计算模型,设计了一种高低压室发射系统试验装置,对不同喷口大小情况下的高低压室发射弹丸内弹道进行了试验研究,将仿真计算结果与试验结果进行了对比分析,验证了仿真计算模型的合理性。应用该仿真模型分析了高低压室内弹道工程设计中的发射药弧厚、破孔压力、弹丸启动拉力等因素对内弹道性能的影响。研究表明:高压室喷口大小对高压室压力和弹丸初速影响较大,减小喷口半径在一定程度上可以降低火药的能量损失; 发射药弧厚对高低压室内弹道性能影响较大,随着弧厚的增加,高低压室压力降低,弹丸出炮口速度降低; 破孔压力对高低压室内弹道性能影响较小,但应满足高压室内发射药的点火压力要求; 弹丸启动拉力主要影响低压室内压力和弹丸初速,与高压室的压力基本无关。研究结果可为高低压室内弹道结构设计和装药设计提供参考。

DOI: 10.12382/bgxb.2022.0528 http://doi.org/10.12382/bgxb.2022.0528 在软地面上的机动性能是军用高机动性越野车辆的主要性能之一,对于其野外作业有重要的战略意义。为了探究不同类型松软土壤地面路况对越野车辆机动性能的影响,基于离散元法对土壤进行建模,通过土壤堆积角测试试验以及土壤圆锥指数试验进行土壤刚度对标测试。通过DEM-MBD联合仿真方法,利用精确的土壤模型,对不可压缩干燥土壤、不可压缩湿润土壤、可压缩干燥土壤、可压缩湿润土壤4种不同类型土壤进行仿真分析,通过对比越野车辆平均速度、牵引力、驱动扭矩、轮胎沉陷量,探究土壤类型对越野车辆机动性能的影响。越野车在湿润土壤上比在干燥土壤上牵引力减少了6.98%,在不可压缩土壤上的稳定行驶速度比在可压缩土壤上稳定行驶速度高34.2%,在湿润的土壤路面上速度更加稳定。研究成果弥补了国内车辆地面力学领域土壤对整车机动性影响的空白,可为军车野外复杂地形(如沙地、雪地、泥泞等)作战时选择最优的行驶路面,提高作战效率。

(in Chinese) DOI: 10.12382/bgxb.2022.0528 http://doi.org/10.12382/bgxb.2022.0528 Maneuverability on soft ground is one of the main performances of military high-mobility off-road vehicle, and has important strategic significance for its field operations. In order to explore the influence of different soft soil surface conditions on the maneuverability of off-road vehicles, the soil is modeled based on the discrete element method, and the soil stiffness calibration test is carried out through the soil accumulation angle test and soil conical index test. Through the DEM-MBD co-simulation method, the accurate soil model is used to simulate and analyze four different types of soil: incompressible dry soil, incompressible wet soil, compressible dry soil, and compressible wet soil. The influence of soil type on the maneuverability of off-road vehicles is analyzed by comparing the average speed, traction force, driving torque and tire subsidenceof off-road vehicles.The traction ofoff-road vehicle on wet soils is 6.98% less than on dry soils, and its stable travel speed on incompressible soils is 34.2% higher than that on compressible soils, and its speed is more stable on wet soil roads. The research makes up for the gap in the influence of soil on the mobility of the whole vehicle in the field of ground mechanics of domestic vehicles, and can choose the optimal driving road surface for military vehicles in the field of complex terrain,such as sand, snow, mud, etc.,to improve combat efficiency.

DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1000-1093.2020.02.009 http://doi.org/10.3969/j.issn.1000-1093.2020.02.009 为研究某型导弹冷发射装备的场坪适应性,找到影响发射装备场坪适应性的影响因素和评价指标,推导出场坪垂向刚度和风载荷两个重要影响因素的计算方法,确定影响因素取值范围。基于此,采用优化拉丁超立方试验设计方法生成试验样本点。利用有限元数值模型对发射装备的动力响应进行大子样仿真分析,获得样本点空间内导弹出筒时的角位移和角速度,并选择径向基神经网络法建立导弹出筒姿态近似模型,分析导弹出筒姿态敏感度。在敏感度分析的基础上,给出考虑多个因子共同作用下的场坪适应性综合判据,为发射装备的场坪适应性评估提供参考。通过分析可知,当风速不大于2.5 m/s,路面纵坡不大于1.2°时,该发射装备在4级沥青路面即可满足该型导弹发射要求,说明其具有良好的场坪适应性。

(in Chinese) DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1000-1093.2020.02.009 http://doi.org/10.3969/j.issn.1000-1093.2020.02.009 In order to study the adaptability of a cold launching system, the influencing factors and evaluation indexes of adaptability of cold launching system to launching site are found, and the calculation methods of vertical stiffness and wind load are derived. According to the range of influencing factors and evaluation indexes, the test sample points are generated by use of Latin hypercube design method. The angular displacement and angular velocity of sample space are obtained from dynamic response analysis of large sample simulation based on the equipment FEM model. An approximate model of missile attitude is established, and the sensitivity of missile attitude is analyzed by using the radial basis neural network method. On the basis of sensitivity analysis, a synthesis criterion considering multiple factors of adaptability is given, which provides a reference for evaluating the adaptability of launching system. It is shown through the analysis that the four-stage asphalt pavement can meet the missile launch requirements when the wind speed is not more than 2.5 m/s and the longitudinal slope of road is less than 1.2°. The leveling strategy of “only go up” and a lower leg heightening can be used to effectively solve the “virtual leg” in the process of leveling. The automatic leveling data collected under no-load and full load was analyzed. It is concluded that the proposed leveling strategy can be used to quickly and smoothly level the vehicle body,and the automatic leveling control system has strong anti-interference ability,short leveling time,high stability,high reliability for use in military equipment,and can promote the intelligence level of weapons and equipment.
