DOI: 10.14077/j.issn.1007-7812.202201002 http://doi.org/10.14077/j.issn.1007-7812.202201002 为了理解含能材料微观起爆机理，利用分子动力学方法及多尺度冲击技术研究了固相黑索金(RDX)晶体在冲击波加载下的分解过程。结果显示，在低速冲击下(≤8 km/s)，RDX未完全引爆，初始分解反应源于N-NO2键的断裂，模拟时长超过10 ps后产物随时间变化趋于稳定，最终稳定产物以NO2、NO和H2O为主；在高速冲击下(≥9 km/s)，RDX完全引爆，N-NO2键受到高压抑制，初始分解反应源于C-H键和主环上C-N键的断裂，模拟时长超过3-5 ps后产物随时间变化趋于稳定，最终稳定产物以N2、CO和H2O为主。模拟结果反映出固相RDX在冲击作用下初始起爆过程具有显著的分段特性。最后采用含时密度泛函理论获取主要稳定产物的荧光发射谱及振动分辨的发射谱。有助于深入认识RDX初始起爆反应机理以及主要产物的光学特征，以支撑超高速碰撞条件下的试验诊断，同时对预测和研制开发更高性能的炸药也具有重要意义。

DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1000-1093.2021.09.009 http://doi.org/10.3969/j.issn.1000-1093.2021.09.009 为设定多官能团聚叠氮缩水甘油醚（ATP）在聚合物粘结炸药（PBX）中应用时的固化工艺参数，开展ATP基PBX固化测试方法和固化工艺实验研究。采用非等温差示扫描量热法和流变法进行实验，研究ATP基PBX固化过程中热量和储能模量的变化，获得PBX的固化反应动力学方程和固化工艺参数。实验结果表明：流变法可作为表征ATP基PBX固化反应的测试方法，ATP基PBX的固化反应动力学方程为dαdt=2.0×10 19 exp [JB5RT[JB > 2) ] α 0.42 (1－α) 1.30 ，α为固化度，t为时间，R为气体常数，T为温度。ATP基PBX直接在60 ℃恒温固化时PBX内部出现大量气孔，采用先30 ℃后60 ℃的阶梯固化工艺时PBX内部无气孔；ATP基PBX 30 ℃的最优固化时间为68 h，60 ℃的最优固化时间为66 h.

In the experiment，the non-isothermal differential scanning calometry me thod and rheological method were used to study the changes in curing heat and curing storage modulus，and the curing reaction kinetic equation and curing process parameters of PBX were obtained. The experimental results show that the rheological method can be used to characterize the curing reaction of PBX，the reaction kinetic equation is dαdt=2.0×10 19 exp [JB < 2( ] －1.51×10 5 RT[JB > 2) ] α 0.42 ·(1－α) 1.30 . When the ATP-based PBX is cured directly at 60 ℃，a large number of pores appear in PBX，the 30 ℃ and 60 ℃ step curing process is adopted without pores in the PBX; the optimal curing time of ATP-based PBX at 30 ℃ is 68 h，and the optimal curing time at 60 ℃ is 66 h.
