针对重型车辆起步响应性差的问题
根据车辆动力传动系统结构
基于GT-SUITE软件建立废气涡轮增压柴油发动机以及控制系统的仿真模型
并基于台架试验对仿真模型进行了校核
保证动力传动系统模型具有较高的仿真精度。通过仿真探究冒烟极限限制、液力变矩器耦合工作点对起步加速性能的影响规律
明确发动机和液力变矩器耦合特性对提升车辆起步性能的作用机理
以提升车辆0~32km/h加速性能为目标
制定车辆起步协调控制策略
并基于搭建的动力传动系统仿真模型对提出的协调控制策略进行仿真验证。研究结果表明:采用提出的协调控制策略车辆从0km/h加速到32km/h的弹射起步时间为9.8s
而常规起步车辆从 0km/h 加速到32km/h的时间为14s
新提出的协调控制策略对提升重型车辆的起步加速性能具有显著的效果。
For the problem of poor starting response of heavy vehicles
a simulation model of the exhaust turbocharged diesel engine and control system is established using GT-SUITE software based on the structure of the vehicle powertrain system. The simulation model is verified through bench test
ensuring that the powertrain system model has high simulation accuracy. Through simulation
the influences of smoke limit and coupling working point of hydraulic torque converter on starting acceleration performance are explored
and the mechanism of the coupling characteristics of engine and hydraulic torque converter on the improvement of vehicle starting performance is clarified. A vehicle starting coordinated control strategy is developed to improve 0-32km/h acceleration performance of vehicle. The proposed coordinated control strategy is simulated and verified based on the established power transmission system simulation model. The results show that the starting time of vehicle to accelerate from 0km/h to 32km/h is 9.8s when the proposed coordinated control strategy is used
while the time for conventional starting vehicle to accelerate from 0km/h to 32km/h is 14s. The proposed coordinated control strategy has a significant effect on improving the starting acceleration performance of heavy vehicle.

DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1000-1093.2016.10.019 http://doi.org/10.3969/j.issn.1000-1093.2016.10.019 针对重载越野车辆在高原环境下起步响应性差的问题,借助汽车仿真分析GT-SUITE软件建立整车模型,仿真研究了海拔因素对重载越野车辆起步过程的影响以及换挡时刻、前传动比对高原环境下起步过程的影响。结果表明:平原环境下整车起步用时14.7 s,而海拔高度4 500 m环境下用时27.2 s;相比于1 000 r/min转速换挡而言,2 000 r/min转速换挡所对应的整车起步响应时间缩短了3.9 s,因此可以通过提高起步换挡时刻对应发动机转速的方法来改善车辆的起步响应性;随着前传动比的增大,整车起步过程中的加速度增大,但是达到稳定状态时的车速减小,因此可以通过合理选择前传动比的方式来改善车辆的起步响应性。受到空燃比限制的影响,使得起步过程发动机与液力变矩器的共同输入特性与4 500 m海拔下外特性所对应的共同输入特性差别较大。

A fuzzy controller is designed to identify the starting intention and determine the target torque under different working conditions. The starting process is divided into five periods, and linear quadratic optimal control is adopted to obtain the reference torque trajectory for the third period, while the others are determined by adaptive control by changing the adjustment coefficients according to the starting conditions. The combined pressure feedback controller based on the PID algorithm is proposed to control the wet clutch torque to follow the reference torque trajectory. The MATLAB/Simulink software platform is used to simulate the control strategy. The results show that the proposed strategy can shorten the starting time and reduce the level of jerk. Moreover, with the first-gear starting, the friction work of the whole process and clutch C1 is, respectively, reduced by 1.68% and 4.62% for slowly starting and 23.37% and 23.6% for quickly starting, which can significantly prolong the service lifetime of the clutch compared with the traditional single-clutch starting strategy.

DOI: 10. 3969/ j. issn. 1000-1093. 2013. 08. 001 http://doi.org/10. 3969/ j. issn. 1000-1093. 2013. 08. 001 针对机械式自动变速器(AMT)重型军用轮式车辆坡道起步的问题,提出了车辆坡道起步控制策略。通过对试验车辆坡道起步过程进行动力学分析,结合发动机转速特性曲线,提出了基于油门开度、发动机转速和发动机转速下降率来估算离合器传递转矩的思想,并确定了驻车制动释放的条件。在试验车辆AMT 系统硬件条件的基础上,设计了离合器的控制策略并编写了控制软件。分别在不同坡道上进行了多次试验,均取得了理想的效果。试验结果表明:研究过程中所提出的理论和方法正确,可实施性强,能够很好地满足AMT 重型军用轮式车辆在不同坡道上的起步要求。

The Software-in-the-Loop (SiL) and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) environments decreases the required time during engine development, calibration, verification, and validation of the product. An accurate and easy to build dyno-engine model with real-time operational ability is required for this purpose. Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) have shown ability to model dynamic and complex systems like internal combustion engines. In this paper, the Group Method of Data Handling (GMDH) algorithm was utilized to build an ANN model of a heavy-duty diesel engine. One objective is to reduce the amount of manual labor on the results during the ANN model development process. The GMDH algorithm is a self-organizing process that will find the system laws and optimize the model structure automatically in one iteration. The GMDH model results were compared with a model developed by Levenberg-Marquardt Backpropagation (LM-BP) algorithm. The ANN models used actuator signals from an Engine Management System (EMS) to simulate the engine operation parameters. As revealed by the simulation results, the ANN models successfully predicted engine torque, fuel flow, and NOx concentration. The GMDH model as a self-organized model reduced lead time, had slightly higher transient cycle accuracy, had fewer inconsistent predictions, and demonstrated better extrapolation capability. The prediction accuracy for transient operation was improved by shifting the predicted value by calculating time delay and a decrease of 76.66% for fuel flow and 66.51% for NOX concentration in model accuracy were achieved. The GMDH dyno-engine model can be effectively applied as a virtual test cell instrument for testing, calibration, and optimization purposes.

The planetary gear set model utilizes the Karnopp friction model for hydraulic and one-way clutches, in order to provide a favorable computing efficiency. The full gear set model is reduced for various phases of the park/reverse and park/drive engagements. The reduced gear set models and linearized torque converter model are used as a basis for an algebraic analysis of the engagement dynamics. The analysis is originally conducted for the basic case of fully applied brake, and it is then extended by an analysis of the influence of wheel dynamics in the brake-off case. The analysis results are verified by computer simulations and experiments.
