为提高航空玻璃双向拉伸质量和拉伸成功率
满足军用战机要求
对航空玻璃双向拉伸进行研究。基于黏弹性材料的热力耦合理论
利用时温等效性方程
以Prony级数形式模拟有机玻璃的黏弹特性。建立双向拉伸有限元模型
对有机玻璃双向拉伸中的加热、冷却过程进行温度场分析;将计算的温度场结果导入双向拉伸分析
根据仿真选取拉伸速度
得到9个夹具处的位移拉伸力曲线
并拟合出位移-拉伸力关系表达式;对拉伸后的有机玻璃进行冷却定型模拟
航空玻璃冷却产生的力达到拉伸力的约2倍
采用拉杆回缩的方式减小收缩力10000N
防止玻璃破裂或设备损坏。研究结果表明
35mm厚航空玻璃的双向拉伸试验结果与仿真结果一致
根据仿真结果优化拉伸工艺
提高了拉伸质量与成功率。
This study focuses on enhancing the quality and success rate of biaxial stretching for aviation glass to meet the stringent requirements of military fighter applications. Based on the thermal mechanical coupling theory of viscoelastic materials
the viscoelastic properties of plexiglass are simulated in the form of Prony series by using the principle of WLF time temperature equivalence. The finite element model of biaxial stretching is established
and the temperature field of heating and cooling process in biaxial stretching of plexiglass is analyzed. The calculated temperature field results are introduced into the biaxial stretch dynamic analysis. The displacement and stretch force curves are obtained for 9 fixtures
and the displacement stretch force relationship expression is fitted. The cooling shaping simulation of the stretched plexiglass is carried out. The force generated by the cooling of aviation glass is about twice the stretch force. The retraction of the pull rod is adopted to reduce the shrinkage force of 10000N to prevent glass breakage or equipment damage. The biaxial stretch test results of 35mm thick aviation glass are consistent with the simulation results. The stretch process is optimized according to the simulation results
and the tensile quality and success rate are improved.

DOI: 10.11868/j.issn.1001-4381.2017.000370 http://doi.org/10.11868/j.issn.1001-4381.2017.000370 通过研究定向有机玻璃(YB-DM-10)疲劳裂纹扩展性能,得到该种定向有机玻璃疲劳断裂阈值。发现其疲劳裂纹扩展速率曲线遵循Pairs公式以及Walker公式。研究平面内不同角度、不同频率和应力比对疲劳裂纹扩展的影响;通过对比Paris公式以及Walker公式的回归系数以及断裂表面不同阶段的扫描图像,分析不同参数对疲劳裂纹扩展的影响。结果表明:材料板材平面内,不同切割角度的试样疲劳裂纹扩展速率基本相同;加载频率对疲劳裂纹扩展速率影响不大,但在da/dN-△K曲线的第三阶段,数据有分离的趋势;相同的△K情况下,应力比增大,疲劳裂纹扩展速率增加。本工作结果为该种定向有机玻璃的应用以及航空座舱透明件损伤容限性能研究奠定了基础。

DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1000-1093.2018.10.003 http://doi.org/10.3969/j.issn.1000-1093.2018.10.003 针对某型柴油机活塞销轴承初始设计方案在试验中出现的磨损问题,开展了活塞换热分析及活塞温度场仿真与试验对标。在此基础上进行热机耦合变形分析,发现活塞销轴承变形不协调是导致此类问题的主要原因。针对活塞销孔轴承进行热机状态型线匹配分析,开展了活塞销孔轴承热机耦合状态下的型线优化设计,通过仿真及试验验证了该型线优化方案的有效性。分析了桶形型线、指数型线及超椭圆型线对连杆小头衬套轴承载荷分布状态的影响,3种型线对比结果表明,指数型线和超椭圆型线可有效地改善连杆小头轴承载荷分布状态。

In this paper, ABAQUS simulation software is used to establish the roller model in R2RHM. Moreover, the polymer material model PMMA viscoelastic material model is given by Prony series and WLF equation. Based on these models, the influence of five factors, as pattern radius, velocity, interference, temperature and duty cycle, on the quality of R2RHM is studied by a control variable method, and the influence trend of eachsingle factor on the quality of hot impression is obtained. It is resulted that the radius of the pattern has little effect on the quality of the hot impression, while the velocity, interference, temperature and duty cycle exhibited a significant effect on the quality of the hot impression.
