针对现有球扁发射药的减面性燃烧、钝感剂迁移等突出问题
基于多巴胺(DA)在四孔发射药表面的自聚合反应获得聚多巴胺(PDA)包覆四孔发射药
利用扫描电镜和拉曼光谱研究其微观结构组成
采用热重分析仪、密闭爆发器等分析其热力学、燃烧等性能。研究结果表明:PDA能够较好地包覆于四孔发射药表面
且在四孔发射药表面团聚形成的颗粒尺寸可达5μm;PDA对四孔发射药的表面包覆作用显著提升了四孔发射药燃烧的渐增性
相比于原药

To address issues such as regressive burning and deterrent migration in oblate spherical propellants
we developed a novel four-hole gun propellant coated with polydopamine (PDA) through self-polymerization of dopamine (DA) on the propellant’s surface. The microstructure
thermodynamics
and combustion performance of the propellant were analyzed using scanning electron microscope
Raman spectrometer
thermogravimetric analyzer
and closed bomb vessel. The results show that PDA can be well coated on the propellant’s surface
and the particle size of PDA can reach 5μm. The surface coating effect of PDA on the propellant can significantly improve the incremental combustion of propellant
resulting in a 42.05% decrease in initial burning activity (

a 60.25% decrease in maximum burning activity (

m
)
and a 53.90% increase in burning progressivity index. After accelerated aging
the combustion performance of the PDA-coated four-hole gun propellant changed slightly. After accelerated aging at 55℃ for 30 days

indicating high long-storage stability for the PDA-coated four-hole gun prop
ellant.

DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1000-1093.2014.02.007 http://doi.org/10.3969/j.issn.1000-1093.2014.02.007 为解决高增塑剂含量的高能发射药表面钝感问题,采用小分子多炔基化合物均苯三甲酸三炔丙酯(TPTM)作为钝感剂前驱体,经喷涂工艺渗入叠氮硝胺发射药表层后与基体组分1为解决高增塑剂含量的高能发射药表面钝感问题,采用小分子多炔基化合物均苯三甲酸三炔丙酯(TPTM)作为钝感剂前驱体,经喷涂工艺渗入叠氮硝胺发射药表层后与基体组分15-二叠氮基-3-硝基-3-氮杂戊烷(DIANP)反应,形成交联网状大分子钝感剂,并通过密闭爆发器实验和热加速老化实验表征了钝感效果。实验结果表明,TPTM与DIANP在50 ℃下即可完全反应,采用TPTM对叠氮硝胺发射药进行表面钝感处理后,发射药的初始燃烧活度大幅度降低,渐增性燃烧特征量L<sub>m</sub>/L<sub>0</sub>达到1.8左右,B<sub>m</sub>值在0.5左右,并且在50 ℃加速老化6个月以后燃烧性能基本不变。以小分子多炔基化合物作为钝感剂前驱体的方法适用于对叠氮硝胺发射药进行表面钝感处理,并且钝感效果良好,满足长储稳定性的要求。

DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1000-1093.2022.02.007 http://doi.org/10.3969/j.issn.1000-1093.2022.02.007 发射药传统老化失效评价主要针对发射药贮存过程中的化学安定性,未考虑物理变化层面的钝感剂迁移现象。基于扩散原理以及钝感剂分布与燃烧性能的关联,建立由密闭爆发器实验测试钝感双基发射药动态活度最大值升高百分比的迁移失效评价方法。通过密闭爆发器和弹道实验,获得了钝感双基发射药动态活度最大值升高幅度随老化时间的线性增长模型,并验证了所提方法的有效性。通过气相色谱实验分析发射药中安定剂含量随老化时间的变化规律,揭示了钝感双基发射药老化迁移导致的失效时间早于化学安定性失效时间。钝感双基发射药老化失效评价应遵循“双阈值原则”,从而保证其贮存安全性和使用安全性。

Inspired by the composition of adhesive proteins in mussels, we used dopamine self-polymerization to form thin, surface-adherent polydopamine films onto a wide range of inorganic and organic materials, including noble metals, oxides, polymers, semiconductors, and ceramics. Secondary reactions can be used to create a variety of ad-layers, including self-assembled monolayers through deposition of long-chain molecular building blocks, metal films by electroless metallization, and bioinert and bioactive surfaces via grafting of macromolecules.

The particles produced reactive oxygen species (ROS) upon irradiation with 850 nm near infrared (NIR) light in a concentration- and time-dependent manner. Upon irradiation, ROS detected in vitro in human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) and human carcinoma MCF7 cells positively correlated with particle concentration and interestingly, ROS detected in MCF7 was higher than in HUVEC. Preferential cytotoxicity was also exhibited by the NPs as cell killing was higher in MCF7 than in HUVEC. In the absence of irradiation, dye-linked ZnO particles minimally affected the viability of cell (HUVEC) at low concentrations (<30 μg/mL), but viability significantly decreased at higher particle concentrations, suggesting a need for particle surface modification with poly (ethylene glycol) (PEG) for improved biocompatibility. The presence of PEG on particles after dialysis was indicated by an increase in size, an increase in zeta potential towards neutral, and spectroscopy results. Cell viability was improved in the absence of irradiation when cells were exposed to PEG-coated, dye-linked ZnO particles compared to non-surface modified particles. The present study shows that there is potential for biological application of dye-linked ZnO particles in photodynamic therapy.
