助飞运载器的螺旋传动缺乏摩擦及温升对其传动的作用机制研究。建立这种螺旋传动机构的热机耦合模型
并利用真实参数模拟传动接触面的热、力学等特性
通过分析应力、温升数据及其与摩擦系数之间的规律
揭示该螺旋传动的失效机制。数值模拟结果表明
该螺旋传动在大载荷的高速摩擦作用下
其传动接触面的温度能快速升至454.3℃
其接触应力可达699.4MPa
高温降低了接触面的材料强度
因此高速滑动的摩擦力将对接触面造成持续破坏
计算结果和故障现象一致
研究成果也对该传动技术的工程应用提供了理论基础。
The friction and temperature-rise mechanisms in the screw transmission of a flight aid carrier have received limited research attention
focusing primarily on structural strength rather than thermal-mechanical coupling. This study aims to address this gap by developing a thermal-mechanical coupling model to simulate the thermal and mechanical characteristics of the contact surface using accurate parameters. By analyzing stress
temperature rise
and the law between temperature and the friction coefficient
this study reveals the failure mechanism of the transmission. The numerical simulation results show that the temperature of the contact surface can quickly rise to 454.3℃
and the contact stress can reach 699.4MPa during high-speed friction. The elevated temperature weakens the material strength of the contact surface
while the high-speed sliding fiction causes continuous damage to the contact surface. The calculation results align with observed fault phenomena and provide a theoretical basis for the engineering application of this transmission technology.

DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1000-1093.2020.02.008 http://doi.org/10.3969/j.issn.1000-1093.2020.02.008 针对不确定性因素对模块化战术导弹总体参数影响较为敏感,从而导致设计出的导弹无法满足要求问题,开展了模块化战术导弹不确定性优化设计。以某38 kg级别直升机载空地导弹为研究对象,采用稳健性优化设计理论,建立模块化导弹稳健性优化设计模型,分析载荷质量与质心位置、速度方案、弹道方案3类不确定问题对导弹起飞质量与设计约束的影响。优化结果表明:在付出很小质量代价基础上,稳健性优化方案可降低不确定性因素对设计目标的影响,大幅度提升满足设计约束的概率。方案对比分析表明:增加导弹飞行高度与续航阶段末速可提升模块化直升机载空地导弹起飞质量稳健性;增加续航段末速与尾舵展长、减小弹翼展长可提升设计约束稳健性。

An optimization design of modular tactical missile is made in consideration of uncertainty. A 38 kg helicopter-borne air-to-ground missile (HBAGM) is taken as a case study in the present paper. The robust design optimization (RDO) theory is applied to solve the problem of insensitive HBAGM weight under both design variable and design parameter uncertainties. A missile RDO model is established, including missile conceptual design, surrogate model and robust optimization. Three uncertain problems which exist in modular HBAGM conceptual design, namely, payload weight and center-of-mass location, velocity characteristic, and flight trajectory, are taken into account in a probabilistic setting. The RDO results show that the HBAGM weight is much less insensitive to the uncertainties with a slight weight penalty, and the constraints are also satisfied with much higher probabilities. Comparison of various schemes suggests that the increases in flight height and terminal cruise velocity reduce the effects of uncertain parameters on HBAGM weight. The constraint probabilities can be significantly improved by increasing the terminal cruise velocity as well as tail fin span, and decreasing the wingspan. Key

DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1000-1093.2018.09.012 http://doi.org/10.3969/j.issn.1000-1093.2018.09.012 对导弹折叠翼在发射环境下的展开过程进行研究,通过小型试验弹模拟真实发射环境,对两种不同刚度的折叠翼进行试验,获取了折叠翼展开过程的图像资料和弹道数据。考虑试验弹发射过程扰动带来的攻角变化,建立包含试验弹速度和攻角的折叠翼展开过程动力学模型,分析了攻角对折叠翼展开过程的影响,并与计算流体力学方法进行对比分析,得出了在翼面转动角度较大时一致性较好的结论。试验中出现了小刚度折叠翼展开不同步现象,其中下侧迎风翼面明显滞后,在动力学模型中引入试验实测的弹体速度和攻角,分析得到的结果与试验结果较为吻合,表明了该模型的正确性。

DOI: 10.13289/j.issn.1009-6264.2020-0130 http://doi.org/10.13289/j.issn.1009-6264.2020-0130 基于物质点法,首先完成了滑靴材料(C300)和滑轨材料(U75V)动态本构关系的验证,表明靴轨材料的本构模型参数(J-C模型)可以扩展至中高应变率情形,能够准确地描述材料中高应变率的动态力学行为;进而研究了由于滑靴与滑轨的摩擦造成滑靴表面的温度上升对靴轨间发生凿削临界速度的影响。结果表明:滑靴与滑轨接触表面的温升提高了靴轨间发生凿削的临界速度,靴轨间的摩擦温升对于提高火箭橇的运行速度是有利的。研究成果可为加深靴轨凿削机理认识、保证火箭橇试验系统安全高速的运行提供可靠的理论支撑。

(in Chinese) DOI: 10.13289/j.issn.1009-6264.2020-0130 http://doi.org/10.13289/j.issn.1009-6264.2020-0130 Based on the material point method (MPM), the dynamic constitutive relationship between the slipper material (C300) and the rail material (U75V) was verified, indicating that the constitutive model parameters of these materials’ J-C models could be extended to the case of medium-high strain rate, which could accurately describe the dynamic mechanical behavior of the material with high strain rate. Then, the influence of the temperature rise on the surface of the slipper and rail caused by friction on the critical velocity of gouging was studied. The results show that the temperature rise of the contact surface between the slipper and the rail increases the critical velocity of gouging between the slipper and the rail, and it is beneficial to improve the running speed of the rocket sled test. The research results can provide a reliable theoretical support for deepening the understanding of shoe-rail gouging mechanism and ensuring the safe and high-speed operation of the rocket sled test system.
