发射架是车载发射装置的关键承力构件之一
其结构刚度和固有频率等静动力学特性对导弹发射精度具有重要影响。以某车载导弹发射架为研究对象
通过多种行军过载和载弹工况的有限元建模与分析对比
研究发射架的受载特点
提出导弹装填、卸载和发射作业序列规划的一般指导原则。进而对发射架结构进行多工况条件下的拓扑优化
讨论挤压约束、最小和最大尺寸约束对拓扑优化结果的影响。根据拓扑优化构型对发射架进行重构设计
对优化设计进行有限元校核分析。分析结果表明
与原有设计相比
拓扑优化设计后的发射架结构减重超过10%
且几乎所有考虑工况下的刚强度均得到改善
刚度最大增幅达到21.47%
等效应力最大降幅达到31.97%;前6阶固有频率提升超过12%
对于减小发射扰动具有重要意义。
Launching cradle is a key load-bearing component of a vehicle-borne missile launcher. Its static and dynamic structural characteristics
such as structural stiffness and natural frequency
significantly affect the accuracy of missile launching. Using a vehicle-borne missile launching cradle as the research object
the loading characteristics are investigated through finite element modeling and analyses under various load conditions such as overloading during marching and missile-carrying. General guidelines for missile loading
unloading
and launch sequence planning are proposed based on the finite element analysis results. The launching cradle's topology optimization is then performed with multiple load conditions considered. The influence of manufacturing constraints as well as minimum and maximum member size constraints on the optimized topological configuration is investigated. The launching cradle is reconstructed according to the optimized configurations. Finite element analyses are carried out to verify the optimized design. Compared with the original design
the weight is reduced by 10.69% while both structural rigidity and strength are improved under almost all considered load conditions. The maximum improvement in structural rigidity reaches 21.47%
and the maximum reduction in equivalent stress reaches 31.97%. Meanwhile
the first six natural frequencies increase by more than 12%
which is of great significance for reducing launching disturbances.

张永存 , 韩亚鹏 , 刘书田 . 典型火炮静刚度分析与改进设计 [J ] . 机械工程学报 , 2013 , 49 ( 21 ): 100 - 107 . 炮架是火炮的支撑部件,其静刚度对火炮的射击精度有重要影响。基于典型火炮结构的相似性,首先建立适用于典型火炮炮架的简化力学模型,提出检验典型炮架静刚度的评估方法。根据火炮力学模型建立典型火炮初始设计的有限元模型,进行多工况下的静力计算,获得了炮架的刚度性能、位移云图及应力云图,讨论了火炮炮架在不同工况下的变形特征和薄弱环节;其次,根据炮架的变形特征和薄弱环节,采用“改进-评估-再改进”的不断改进优化的策略,最终给出一个较为满意的设计方案。与原设计方案相比,新方案在重量略有增加的条件下,刚度有较大幅度提高,对火炮性能提升有很明显的作用。该研究对火炮炮架的静刚度分析与设计具有一定的参考意义。

(in Chinese) As the supporting parts of artillery, the stiffness of the mount has a great impact on the shooting accuracy of the artillery. The mechanical model and evaluation of gun mount static stiffness analysis are proposed. According to the initial design for a typical artillery mount, the finite element model is established and the simulation analysis of the mount static stiffness are carried out, stiffness properties, contours of displacement and stress of the gun mount are obtained. The deformation characteristics and the weak parts of the gun mount in different conditions are discussed. Based on the deformation characteristics and the weak parts, a satisfactory design is obtained with the strategy of “improvement - assessment - improvement”. Compared with the original design, the stiffness has a relatively large increase with the weight increasing slightly. The study has a positive effect for analysis and design of the mount static stiffness.

孙全兆 , 杨国来 , 葛建立 . 某火炮上架结构改进设计 [J ] . 兵工学报 , 2012 , 33 ( 11 ): 1281 - 1285 . 为解决某火炮上架刚度较差问题,利用基于传力路径下的结构优化设计方法,进行了上架改进设计。通过有限元静态刚强度计算,分析了原上架设计中的薄弱环节。运用拓扑优化方法找到结构的主传力路径,寻求最佳材料分布,修改了上架筋板布局。采用尺寸优化方法进行详细设计,确定了上架主要板件的厚度尺寸。对改进前后上架结构的刚强度进行了对比和分析,结果表明改进设计的上架刚度有较大幅度提高,最大位移减小了32.7%,左右耳轴室中心变位差减小了52.1%,且最大应力降低20.0%,而结构质量仅增加了1.9 kg,达到了改进设计目标。

DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1000-1093.2017.01.011 http://doi.org/10.3969/j.issn.1000-1093.2017.01.011 为提高导弹结构的设计品质,将拓扑优化技术引入到整体式弹翼骨架结构设计中,对某型导弹的弹翼骨架进行优化设计。采用节点载荷等效法构建弹翼骨架的典型受力环境,解决了弹翼待设计区域的单元既参与受力又可能因为优化而被删减的设计矛盾。利用计算机辅助设计(CAD)-计算机辅助工程(CAE)接口技术,将拓扑优化后的CAE模型直接解释成CAD模型并导入CAD软件再设计,提高了拓扑优化技术的实用性。分析比较经验方案和优化方案的弹翼骨架模型的质量、强度、变形、模态等结构特性后发现:在满足结构强度和变形的条件下,优化后的弹翼骨架模型质量相对减少9.39%,并且1阶、2阶弯曲频率和1阶扭转频率得到了提高。该方法是对传统弹翼结构设计方法的补充和改善,具有参考意义。
