RMSST Design Based on Virtual Reality

Abstract: In addition to meeting the functional requirements of equipment,high-quality weapons and equipment should ensure high reliability,easy fault detection and maintenance, safe and easy to use,which is the goal of reliability,testability,maintainability,security and support (referred to RMSST) design.In this paper,the five characteristics design method based on virtual reality technology is described in general,then the characteristics and requirements of the five characteristics design are clarified,and the work that can apply virtual reality technology in the five characteristics design is put forward. Finally,a virtual system architecture for five characteristics design in virtual reality environment is preliminarily established.This paper summarizes the research direction that should be paid attention to in the future and makes a preliminary discussion to provide engineering means and methods for the realization of equipment comprehensive efficiency and the control and optimization of life cycle cost.The results show that the use of virtual reality technology to the abstract,the calculation of complex data into intuitive,users are familiar with the visualization of 3 d images,not only can make five design personnel intuitive understanding of the work content,avoid cross repetitive work,reduce the fault of omission,and can make the design better equipment using the results of the five design,continuous optimization improvement design method,Improve the quality of equipment,give full play to the role of five characteristics design.
