迫击炮在快速射时炮身的灼热问题与升温计算

摘要: 追击炮炮身由于管壁薄,在快速射时容易升温,甚至达到灼热状态(300℃以上)。这将直接影响追击炮的连续作战能力,成为近代研制高性能追击炮的一项关键问题。本文着重论述追击炮在快速射时,炮身升温问题造成身管金属利用系数提高与射击效能要求之间的矛盾。同时对快速射时炮身的升温计算公式作了推导和说明,并附有示例。

Abstract: As a result of the thin tube wall, the temperature of the tube rises readily during rapid firing and even reaches to a scorching hot condition (over 300°C). Thus,it will have influence on the ability of sustained fighting and this has become one of the critical problems in developing mortars with high efficiency, An emphasis is given to the discussion on the contradiction between the increase of effective coefficient of the metal tube and the requirements of firing efficiency, which is due to the temperature rising of the tube during rapid firing. Furthermore, a formula for calculating the rising temperature is derived and described and examples are given。
