以铝合金制作告诉盘形凸轮机构摆动从动件的效益

摘要: 就铝合金制作高速盘形凸轮机构摆动从动件的效益和可行性等问题进行了系统的研讨。铝合金的密度为钢材的1/3,且热处理后具有足够的强度、硬度,因此可用来制作高速盘形凸轮机构的摆动从动件和滚子,取代钢件,减小从动件自身惯性力和因惯性力引起的推力,从而提高凸轮机构效率,缓和振动,降低噪音,减少凸轮轮廓和滚子的磨损。

Abstract: In this paper,the benefit and feasibility of adopting oscillatory follower made of aluminum alloys for use in high-speed disk cam mechanisms are systematically delibrated. As aluminum alloys, suitably heat- treated, possess enough strength and sufficient hardness, oscillatory followers and rollers of the high- speed disk cam mechanism can be made of them. As the aluminum alloys have their densities of only a third that the steels, substintuting steels in oscillatory followers by aluminum alloys will materially reduce the thrust caused by the inertia force and couple of the oscillatory followers. A considerable reduction of the thrust of the oscillatory followers is very- helpful in increasing the working efficiency of the disk cam mechanism, reducing the noise, mitigating the vibration and in decreasing wear and tear of the cam profile and the roller.
