摘要: 基于SAP5结构分析程序的板壳单元,推导了结构固有振动频率的一阶摄动量公式。通过改变板壳单元厚度,模拟动力装置中离合器壳两端螺栓连接部分的建模误差,修正了动力装置弯曲振动分析的有限元模型。

Abstract: On the basis of finite element model of the SAP5 structural analysis program, the first order perturbation sensitivity formula of the natural vibration frequencies of structures are derived. Errors of connection stiffness at the two ends of the clutch housing of a powerplant is simulated by changing the thickness of shell elements, and the finite element model for powerplant bending vibration analysis is improved.
