摘要: 针对Zr02-NiCrAl材料体系制备的功能梯度热障涂层,采用有限元方法研究了在热负荷下的残余应力、隔热工作应力和循环状态下的瞬态温度和瞬态热应力,为该材料体系在制备和使用过程中的性能评价、破坏机理的分析等提供重要的理论依据。

Abstract: Elastic finite element method was applied in a study of residual stresses, steady stresses as well as transient temperature and stresses developed during the fabri?cation and use of a ZrO2-NiCrAl system functionally gradient thermal barrier coatings. Results of comprehensive and systematic study provide a theoretical basis for the evalu- tion of characteristics and study of failure mechanisms for the ZrO2-NiCrAl metal sub?strate system.
