真空蒸镀太安成膜机理分析

摘要: 真空蒸镀炸药为爆炸网络提供了一种小尺寸装药技术。探究炸药成膜机理对研究薄膜炸药的爆轰性能有重要意义。本文以太安作为被蒸镀材料,在实验室条件下进行热蒸发,得到太安薄膜。对其进行红外光谱分析,并用扫描电镜观察其表面形貌。通过对薄膜分子结构和分子间作用力的分析,并结合前人的研究成果,推断出太安薄膜是岛状生长形成的多晶薄膜。

Abstract: Evaporating dynamite in vacuum is a kind of technology that can be adapted to fill small?sized explosive circuits. Research on the mechanism of filming is useful to study the explosive charac?teristics of the film. Under lab. conditions,PETN was evaporated to form a film. By analyzing the PETN-iilm with the infrared spectrum and scanning electron microscope,and taking into considera?tion results of former research,it can be concluded that PETN-film is a multi-crystalloid film grown up in the form oi islets.
