小孔激光冲击表面强化技术研究

摘要: 激光冲击处理是小孔表面强化处理的一项新技术,其关键是激光冲击处理工艺参数的选择。本文提出了小孔激光冲击强化处理工艺参数的选择方法,在此基础上,利用调Q钕玻璃激光器对小孔试俘进行了激光冲击强化试验。试验结果表明采用该方法可以显著提高小孔的疲劳寿命。小孔激光冲击强化处理后的疲劳寿命是处理前的2.2倍。

Abstract: Laser shock processing is a new technique for surface strengthening of small holes. In this procedure,the choice of laser parameters is the critical factor. The paper investigates a method for optimizing the laser parameters used. Based upon the method,a series of laser shocking experi?ments were performed on a Q-switched neodymium glass laser. Fatigue test results show that the fa?tigue life of small holes has been greatly increased after processing : the average fatigue life of laser- shocked holes being 2. 2 times that of unprocessed ones.
