摘要: 本文研制的废酸精制法是在醋酐法硝解液稀释后的水解液中,补加废酸,升温溶解α-HMX,控制结晶过程和过滤温度,使HMX获得提纯、转晶和制出两个常用粒度级别的β-HMX.转晶得率达90%,回收的RDX,有望获得应用,废酸可多次循环使用。与现行混合溶剂法相比,可降低生产成本约20%,具有工业化前景。

Abstract: This paper describes a new method for refining HMX. To the diluted nitrating medium, waste acid is added. The resultant mixture is heated to a given temperature and stirred at the temperature for a given period of time. β-HMX is then obtained by controlling the crystallization process. The yield for the crystallization step attains up to 90% . The by-product (RDX) can be recovered and the waste acid can be recycled. The production cost of the process can be 20% lower than the regular mixed solvent process.
